1、找到与你相关的“会议”的“征文通知”；2、根据《会议通知》要求，准备论文——投稿——汇款（如该会议需注册费、版面费等费用的话）——参加会议（一般还有会务费）——获取论文集。

其实国内会议与国际会议投稿流程是差不多的。基本上不外乎这样：论文写作——找会议——下载会议论文模板——调整格式——投稿——录用——注册会议——开会——论文出版——EI检索（如果会议声明的话）。当然是否参加会议这个是自愿的，一般不参加会议不影响论文出版与检索。如果觉得这个流程如果觉得比较抽象，你可以百度搜：EI学术会议中心，里面有详细流程解释，每一步都单独做了说明的。
