近日，交通运输部发布了《公路工程水泥及水泥混凝土试验规程》（JTG3420—2020）（简称《规程》），作为公路工程行业标准，自2021年3月1日起实行。原《公路工程水泥及水泥混凝土试验规程》(JTGE30—2005)（以下简称原《规程》）同时废止。《水泥混凝土试验》包括混凝土性能及其组成材料水泥、砂石材料、外加剂等的常规试验和基本性质试验，是依据国家新颁布的标准和编者多年从事道路建筑材料的教学与工程实践经验，并参考有关单位在试验规程应用过程中反馈的意见编制而成的。主要讲述试验方法、仪器基本结构和操作使用方法。在介绍试验方法的同时，简明扼要地阐述了试验过程中的操作要点及注意事项，并适当地介绍了有关试验基本原理，使学生在全面了解试验知识的同时，加深对试验方法的掌握。内容介绍《水泥混凝土试验》包括混凝土性能及其组成材料水泥、砂石材料、外加剂等的常规试验和基本性质试验，是依据国家新颁布的标准和编者多年从事道路建筑材料的教学与工程实践经验，并参考有关单位在试验规程应用过程中反馈的意见编制而成的。主要讲述试验方法、仪器基本结构和操作使用方法。在介绍试验方法的同时，简明扼要地阐述了试验过程中的操作要点及注意事项，并适当地介绍了有关试验基本原理，使学生在全面了解试验知识的同时，加深对试验方法的掌握。《水泥混凝土试验》既适用于学生全面系统地学习和掌握水泥混凝土试验，又可用于学员单科培训或自学。具有较强的实用性和可操作性。可供混凝土试验人员、混凝土制品厂、设计单位、施工单位及高等院校土建专业等相关人员参考。书中相关内容如有与新的标准规范相矛盾冲突之处，应以最新的标准规范为准。
