(1)开始时对听众的称呼语
最常用的是 Ladies and gentlemen，也可根据不同情况，选用 Fellow students, Distinguished guests, Mr Chairman, Honorable Judges(评委)等等。
(2)提出论题
由于演讲的时间限制，必须开门见山，提出论题。提出论题的方法有各种各样，但最生动，最能引起注意的是用举例法。比如：你要呼吁大家关心贫穷地区的孩子，你可以用亲眼看到的或者收集到的那些贫穷孩子多么需要帮助的实例开始。另外，用具体的统计数据也是一个有效的引出论题的方法，比如：你要谈遵守交通规则的话题，你可以从举一系列有关车辆、车祸等的数据开始。
(3)论证
对提出的论题，不可主观地妄下结论，而要进行客观的论证。这是演讲中最需要下功夫的部分。关键是要把道理讲清楚。常见的论证方法有举例法、因果法、对比法等等，可参见英语议论文的有关章节。
(4)结论
结论要简明扼要，以给听众留下深刻印象。
(5)结尾
结尾要简洁，不要拉拉扯扯，说个没完。特别是不要受汉语影响，说些类似“准备不足，请谅解”，“请批评指正”这样的废话。最普通的'结尾就是：Thank you very much for your attention。
英语演讲稿注意事项：
1.演讲要越短越好
关于写好英语演讲稿，应该要直截了当，开门见山的，不应该有中文的那种迂回婉转的表达方式。据有关专家统计，一般人的注意力一次只能集中约13分钟。所以，演讲长度以10～15分钟为宜。
2.根据听众对象，注意演讲的总体措词
演讲的总体措词是严肃一些还是活泼一些，是有较明显的说教口气还是用平等的口吻，等等，都要根据听众对象而定。如果场下听众是同龄的学生，那么演讲的内容只要风趣一些往往就能引起共鸣。但另一方面，如果听众大多是上了年纪的教师，太多的笑料反而会被认为“不严肃”，“不尊重”，而引起反感。
用英语演讲，不要用太多 I feel, I think，老是用I，显得十分主观，狭隘。如果通篇全是 I feel, I think 的内容，会给人觉得缺乏说服力。另外，perhaps, maybe 这样的词语，虽然有“客气，谦虚”的成分，但太多会让人觉得你演讲的内容有不可靠之处。
还有，在演讲中，要少用you，多用we。用you等于把自己与听众对立起来，而用we则拉近了与听众的距离。比如：You should not smoke.听上去像教训人，而 Lets not smoke听起来是一个不错的建议。
3.英语演讲稿的语言特征
(1)多用实词，多用短句，少用结构复杂的长句
在英语演讲中，and, but, so, then 等虚词要尽量少用，that, which 等词引导的定语从句也只会使句子结构变得复杂，而使听众难以跟上演讲者的思路，从而影响演讲的效果。相反，多使用实词，短句，可使得演讲内容更清晰，气势更磅礴。
(2)演讲要注意使用各种修辞手法，增加演讲的感染力和气势。英语演讲中常用的修辞手法有：渐进(climax)、对照(antithesis)、排比(parallelism)、警句(epigram)等等，例如：

The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. 一、开头部分
演讲的开头在演讲稿的结构中处于显要的地位，具有特殊的作用。演讲稿的开头，通常有以下几种：

二、主体部分
演讲稿在开头后要迅速转入主体，这是演讲的正文和核心部分，也是演讲稿的高潮所在，能否写好，直接关系到演讲的质量和效果，内容的安排，应注意以下几个问题。
1、确定结构形式。
演讲稿的形式比较活泼，或旁证博引、剖析事理，或引经据典、挥洒自如，或层层深入、或就事论事。结构形式不管怎么样变化，都要求内容突出、问题说透、推理严密、层次清晰、情理交融。
2、认真组织好材料。
演讲稿的理论依据和事实论据的组织安排要适当。首先必须保证例证的真实性、典型性。演讲稿不能太长，一般30分钟左右最好。内容要求言简意赅、起到画龙点睛的作用。
3、构筑演讲高潮
一个成功的演讲，不可能没有高潮。要体现三个特点:一思想深刻、态度明确，最集中体现演讲者的思想观点。二是感情强烈，演讲者的爱恶、喜怒在这里得到尽情宣泄。三是语句精炼。
三、结尾部分
结尾时演讲内容的自然结尾，是演讲稿的有机组成部分。结尾给听众的印象，往往将代表整个演讲给听众的印象。言简意赅、余音绕梁、能够使听众精神振奋，并促使听众不断思考和回味。
写结尾时常犯的毛病就是要么草草收兵、要么画蛇添足，要么就是套用陈词滥调，更有些人在本来已经讲完后，又唠叨几句“我讲的不好、请大家批评指正”之类的话，势必让人反感。
演讲稿的结尾没有固定的格式，或对整个演讲全文要点进行简单小结，或以号召性、鼓动性的话收尾，或者以诗文名言以及幽默俏皮的话结尾。但一般原则是要给听众留下深刻的印象。
演讲稿写法：
1、内容上的现实性
演讲稿是为了说明定的观点和态度的。这个观点和态度一定要与现实生活紧密相关。它讨论的应该是现实生活中存在的并为人们所关心的问题。它的观点要来自身边的生活或学习，材料也是如此。它得是真实可信，是为了解决身边的问题而提出和讨论的。
2、情感上的说服性
演讲的目的和作用就在于打动听众，使听者对讲话者的观点或态度产生认可或同情。演讲稿作为这种具有特定目的的讲话稿，一定要具有说服力和感染力。很多着名的政治家都是很好的演讲者，他们往往借肋于自己出色的演讲，为自己的政治斗争铺路。
3、特定情景性
演讲稿是为演讲服务的，不同的演讲有不同的目的、情绪，有不同的场合和不同的听众，这些构成演讲的情景，演讲稿的写作要与这些特定情景相适应。
4、口语化
演讲稿的最终目的是用于讲话，所以，它是有声语言，是书面化的囗语。因此，演讲稿要”上口、"入耳”，它一方面是把口头语言变为书面语言，即化声音为文字，起到规范文字、有助演讲的作用；

再次，我谈一谈这篇论文的研究目的和好处：
良好的开端是成功的一半，课堂引入是课堂教学的起步阶段。课堂讲授的引入是学生能否用心主动学习新知识的关键。因此初中数学课堂的高效引入在新课程改革中显得尤为重要。但是在日常教学中，如何科学地做到高效引入是我们一向探究的问题。为了在必须程度上解决这个问题，帮忙广大初中数学教师高效地引入新课，从而吸引住学生的注意力，唤起学生的求知欲望，使学生主动地去学习以到达预期的教学效果，本文对初中数学课堂的高效引入进行研究。
课堂导入是课堂教学的主要环节，它的成与败直接影响着课教学的效果。用心的思维活动是课堂教学成功的关键，而高效的导入能够激发学生学习数学的思维兴趣，所以教师在新课引入时就应注意采用恰当的导入来激发学生的思维，以引起其对新知识新资料的用心探求。
最后，我谈一谈这篇论文的优缺点：
这篇论文的优点：其一是研究的课题还是比较新颖的，对自己以后的从教之路也很有帮忙，其二是课堂引入方法的分类别具一格。
缺点是：由于我自身的水平所限对某些概念和方法的理解还不是很深刻，思考肯定还不够深刻也不够全面。此外虽然我已经很仔细的检查过了，但是依然可能还存在必须的错别字或语句不是很通顺的地方。

截至目前，在学术界有关金庸武侠小说的论著十分多，但尚无从社会学视野下对金庸小说中婚恋观的研究。选取金庸小说作为毕业论文的写作题材，一方面是因为我对金庸小说比较喜欢，包括由金庸小说改编而成的电视剧。的确，金庸小说不仅仅向我们展现了侠客的快意恩仇，还借用江湖这个社会，使人物摆脱传统社会的束缚或少受社会制度的束缚。男女侠客不问出身，不讲家庭地位、社会背景，只讲两性相悦、以情相许，能实现真正好处上的男女平等、恋爱自由。另一方面结合当今社会现实，许多现象与金庸小说中的情节有一些相似，揭示其中的联系，警示世人，以倡导和谐的、理想的婚姻。
在这篇论文中，主要采用了资料分析和现实比较的写作手法，各部分安排按照先典型分析，具体对照现象，理论分析，再阐明现代性特征的层次进行。具体结构如下：
第一部分为所归纳的金庸小说中的五种感情类型；
第二部分为金庸小说中与现实相对应的婚姻类型；
第三部分为关于金庸小说中择偶的社会学分析，分为宏观和和微观两个方面分析。宏观方面的主要理论有：对于择偶的个人主义解释；择偶的社会文化解释；择偶梯度理论；同类匹配理论。微观方面的理论有：1、相似性理论；2、需求互补理论。从以上这些择偶理论我们能够做出如下推论：相似性原则是择偶的基本规律。无论从哪个理论角度这个结论总是成立的，虽做出如下推论：相似性原则是择偶的基本规律。无论从哪个理论角度这个结论总是成立的，虽然对具体是什么相似有些争议。在外在社会条件上贴合同类匹配，内在条件上又贴合需求互补，这似乎就是最完满的理想婚姻模式。
第四部分为金庸小说中婚恋观的现代性特征；在金庸小说中，男女侠客不问出身，不讲家庭地位、社会背景，只讲两性相悦、以情相许，能实现真正好处上的恋爱自由，而这些观念无疑与现代人的恋爱观相合。
第五部分：结论。
社会是历史积淀的产物，小说是反映生活、憧憬生活、甚至能够改造生活、提升生活品质的艺术。在某些传统思想仍在侵蚀当代人的这天，在已经冲破封建罗网，人们获得充分的个性自由，能够勇于追求自我感情的这天，回味金庸小说中具有现代性特征的感情婚恋，对我们仍有启迪。金庸小说中的感情不仅仅反映了作者心目中的感情观，也折射出传统文化孕育下的群众无意识及现代人的情感困惑与矛盾境况，从而具有重要的认识价值。因此，我们应当超越以感情为基础的内涵性婚姻和以现实利益为基础的功利性婚姻的简单对立，使工具理性与价值理性相结合来构建一种理想的婚姻模式综合权衡模式。
限于各种条件的制约，个性是本人理论水平所限，使得本论文对金庸小说中婚恋观的现实好处仅停留在比较粗浅的层面，尤其是理论方面，还有很多问题需要继续进行深入、细致的思考和探索。

大家好！
我是来自酒店管理xx班的xxx，十分荣幸参加我们的毕业生论文答辩！我的论文题目是《浅析如何提升饭店服务质量》。在此我要十分感谢我的论文指导老师陈爱华老师！因为之前一向在浙江工作，没有太多空闲时间去寻找论文资料，所以工作的时候，我就一向在想我要找到一个怎样的题目利于我写作？最后，我结合自己学习和实习的经验，针对于自己认为酒店服务当中的不足或是确实需要改善的地方写出了自己的感受。由于时间仓促，写出的论文瑕疵较多，还好有陈老师的帮忙斧正，这才顺利完成！甭管这天答辩的结果如何，我都要感谢给予我这次帮忙的老师和同学。
