我在这篇论文中，主要采用了内容分析和现实对比的写作手法，各阶段安排依照先典型分析(即具体事例分析)，具体对照现象，展现警示，再综合论述，阐明现实意义的层次进行。具体结构如下：

经济文化发展的大熔炉里，事业才会有所成功;一个家庭，只有在安定平和的社会大环境下，削除了社会的重压，家庭成员之间相互谅解，家庭生活才会真诚和自由。这部分语言精练，立意高远。
在提纲的完成过程中，我得到了谌老师的详细指导，观点进一步得到了提炼，对现实社会某些现象的观察和分析也进一步深入。初稿完成后，谌老师又详细地审阅了全文，对一些用词不当的地方，观点不明朗的地方提出了指正。最后正式定稿后，谌老师又认真地提示了论文打印的格式以及一些注意事项。
正是在老师的着力指导下，在本人细致的研究下，我结合当今社会现实的某些现象，发现了《围城》所蕴含的警示意义和指导意义。关于《围城》的有关论著相当地多，但以其人物形象的现实融合来确定研究方向，应该是我的一个创新之点。

我叫×××，本次论文指导老师是×××老师，我选的毕业论文题目是《提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策研究》，下面我先汇报一下自己选择这篇论文的动机以及论文选题背景、基本写作思路、理论与实践意义。
先来陈述一下我的写作动机。我来自台州，在没写这篇论文之前我仅知道台州各地存在生产相同产品的特色乡镇，比较熟悉的有临海的太平洋彩灯城、台州的的服装机械、玉环的阀门等等，根据20xx年底的统计数据，其中阀门水泵占全国出口的60%以上，缝纫机和电动裁剪机在国际上占有70%的市场份额等等。而浙江，众所周知是一个贸易大省，我想出口与产业集群应该有醒目的联系，所以，我就选择了《提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策研究》，一方面是希望通过这篇论文能让自己更加清楚的了解浙江省出口优势产业集群的分布、现状及国际竞争力，二则因为自己属于国贸专业，也希望以后能从我省的优势产业集群中挖掘更多的商机，为自己的未来作些理论的铺垫。
其次，我要陈述的是本篇论文的主要论点及结构。虽然这篇论文的选题有点长，但我觉得中心还是应该扣在最后的几个字上，即“集群竞争力的对策分析”。所谓“产业集群”，是指在某一产业的上下游企业在一定区域内大量集聚，形成了竞争优势的经济群落。北京大学教授王缉慈在论坛中指出，提高出口竞争力的关键是发展富有特色的产业集群，力避产业集群的同质性的重复建设。因此，我的论文从浙江省出口优势产业集群的发展现状和主要特点着手，力求寻找到我省出口优势产业集群具有优势的软硬件基础。我
总结出来的几点是规模喜人、产业结构合理、产品分工细致、出口竞争优势显著等。
在论证浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力及其竞争优势的时候，我主要分析浙江省产业集群的几个关系，比如企业集聚与生产效率、国际竞争力的关系，集群竞争力与竞争压力、创新能力的关系，“区位品牌”与集群竞争力的联系等。而出口优势产业集群竞争力的决定因素也常规的从国家层面、集群层面、企业层面“先大角度再小口径”地分析。
这篇大学生毕业论文对浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力指标分析也主要集中在第三部分，这也是我对策研究的理论根据。其中包括集群占浙江省近几年六成左右的主要经济指标----浙江省03~06年的进出口额，浙江省出口优势产业集群中主要企业在各地区的分布情况，例举温州民营中小企业对海外市场进入方式偏好，而竞争力指标也主要围绕贸易竞争力指标(tc指数)，出口分散度等进行论述。并进一步提出浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的制约因素。这些都是浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策提出的基础。
论文的重心也是通过以上的分析来给出提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策。我借鉴了大学经济类科目的主要归纳方法，分别从政府、企业、行业协会三个角度来提出相应的对策。也可以说是宏观与微观对策的双重分析来应答如何提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力。
在写完这篇论文的时候，自己感觉条理上还不是很严谨，出现了一些观点的重复，对一些具体数据的收集还有许多不足，使得这篇论文在对浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的的思考还停留在比较粗浅的层面，不论在理论方面，还是在实践方面都有许多问题需要继续进行深入、细致地探索。但也因为通过写这篇论文使我对浙江的出口优势产业集群的分布、产业集群状况及出口总体概况有了大致的了解，大学本专业所学的部分知识也重新被认识与肯定，因此也可以说一篇论文使我受益匪浅。

上午好！我是惠州学院中文系03本2班的学生xxx。我的毕业论文的题目是《再论苏轼寓惠散文》，我的指导老师是曹国安讲师。我当初之所以选择研究苏轼的寓惠散文，主要是因为苏轼是我比较喜欢的一个作家，他是我国文化发展史上一位多才多艺的“全能”式的通才，在散文创作方面，他更是是继欧阳修之后，宋代诗文的革新运动的卓越领导者和文坛领袖，唐宋散文八大家之一。他的散文代表了北宋古诗文运动的最高成就。在苏轼四十多年的文艺创作生涯中，他写了大量的散文，含括了众多的体裁品类。苏轼在寓惠期间，不仅创作了大量的诗词，同时也写了不少散文作品，包括书信在内共有326篇。这些寓惠散文作品便成了我研究此课题的最直接的文本基础。此外，在大学学习期间，我选修了苏轼寓惠研究方面的相关课程，对苏轼在贬谪惠州的相关事宜有一定的了解，也积累了一定的写作素材，有利于该课题的研究和写作工作的开展。
我的论文《再论苏轼寓惠散文》主要从苏轼的散文及其寓惠期间的时代背景入手，着手从苏轼的思想品格和人生哲学的角度，结合苏轼寓惠散文的具体作品进行分析，去探讨苏轼寓惠散文的内容题材和艺术特色，并尝试挖掘出苏轼寓惠散文的文化价值来。

第一部分主要是总体上介绍苏轼散文创作及其在寓惠期间的贬谪生活经历和散文创作。
第二部分主要从四个方面去阐述苏轼寓惠散文的内容题材。苏轼寓惠散文取材广泛，内容丰富，蕴意深邃，感情真挚，充满理趣。或写景状物，寄寓深远；或谈经论道，释说世理；或叙古述今，慨叹人生；或缅怀亲友，诉说真爱。
第三部分主要从五个方面去阐述苏轼寓惠散文的艺术特色。苏轼寓惠散文，艺术形式灵活多变，笔锋清新自然，感情真挚恳切，寓意深远理趣，语言平淡简朴，具有独特的艺术特色。具体表现为：“文理自然，姿态横生，闲适旷达，浑然天成；情如泉涌，随物赋形；辞达；命题立意，新颖深刻，高远幽邃；沉稳渐熟，平淡简朴。”五方面的内容。
第四部分则简明地阐述了苏轼寓惠散文具有三方面的文化价值，包括：苏轼寓惠散文是后人研究苏轼寓惠经历的重要历史文献；苏轼寓惠散文是他晚年文艺思想、审美情趣发生转变的佐证；苏轼寓惠散文是苏轼所有散文的重要组成部分。

虽然目前学术界在苏轼散文研究领域取得了较大的进展，近20年来，出版和发表了数量可观的散文研究的著作和论文，但在苏轼寓惠散文研究方面的论文还很少，除了零散的一些论文外，在这个方面几乎是个未开垦的处女地。因此进行苏轼寓惠散文研究具有现实的学术价值。虽然我的论文是《再论苏轼寓惠散文》，但与前人所写的《试论苏轼寓惠散文》相比，具有创新之处，就是我在阐述了苏轼寓惠散文的内容题材和艺术特色的基础上，更进一步指出了苏轼寓惠散文所具有的文化价值来。

大家好!我是来自光电学院电子信息工程专业XX(1)班的学生陈玄玄。我的论文题目是《基于MATLAB的QPSK仿真设计与实现》。我当时之所以选择选择这个题目，是因为我觉得做这个课题有重要的意义，通过完成仿真的设计内容，可以加深对已学课程通信原理的理解，熟悉通信系统的基本概念，并复习正交相位偏移键控(QPSK)调制解调的基本原理和误比特率的计算方法，了解调制解调方式中最基础的方法，这些方法包括模拟调制中的幅度调制(AM)如双边带幅度调制(DSB)、单边带幅度调制(SSB)、常规幅度调制;角度调制中的相位调制(PM)和频率调制(FM);以及数字调制中的幅度调制，相位调制，频率调制等方式，了解QPSK的实现方法及数学原理，掌握通信系统Simulink仿真建模方法。
在着手准备论文写作的时候，我针对这个题目，阅读大量相关方面的各种资料。对QPSK系统的研究概况有了大致了解，缕清思路的基础上确定研究方向。然后，为了完成论文，我收集了大量的文献资料，其中主要来自网上的论文期刊、图书馆的书目、学习教材的`理论资料。在导师的耐心指导和帮助下从中选取了主要的参考资料，经过阅读主要参考资料，拟定提纲，写开题报告初稿，毕业论文初稿，修改等一系列程序，于20xx年6月正式定稿。
具体来说，我的论文分为以下四个部分：
第一部分，主要概述了该课题的背景和研究意义以及课题可行性和优势，并介绍了论文主要研究内容。
第二部分，主要介绍了论文所要研究的QPSK系统和论文中用到的软件MATLAB系统环境。
第三部分，主要是通过MATLAB中的工具simulink来创建QPSK系统的调制解调原理框图，然后通过编程，应用MATLAB调试、运行，观察分析QPSK调制解调过程中各环节的波形，然后结合QPSK信号调制技术的原理得出在加性高斯白噪声的信道下的传输比特错误率。然后，将比特错误率和理论值相比较，绘制出关系曲线，通过分析系统的性能，证实了仿真模型的可行性。
第四部分，基于仿真软件--MATLAB进一步实现了系统在分别通过理想信道、通过高斯信道、先通过高斯白信道再通过瑞利衰落信道时的QPSK系统仿真设计，将在不同的情况下的系统性能进一步的对比分析，并把所得结果和理论值做对比，这对于理解QPSK系统的性能并对系统面向实际应用的设计，提供了有效的参考依据。
经过本次论文写作，我学到了许多有用的东西，也积累了不少经验，但由于学生能力不足，加之时间和精力有限，在许多内容表述上存在着不当之处，与老师的期望相差甚远，许多问题还有待于进一步思考和探索，借此答辩机会，万分恳切的希望各位老师能够提出宝贵的意见，多指出本篇论文的错误和不足之处，我将虚心接受，从而进一步深入学习研究，使该论文得到完善和提高。以上是我对本篇论文的简单的介绍，敬请各位评委老师提出宝贵的意见，谢谢!

演讲稿演讲稿(yǎn jiǎng gǎo)演讲稿是一种实用性比较强的文体。是为演讲准备的书面材料。那么，什么是演讲呢？演讲是在公众面前就某一问题发表自己的见解的口头语言活动它的特点是：第一，它是在人与人之间进行的；第二，它有一定的时间性；第三，它是为了阐述某一问题或整理而开展的；第四，它带有一定的鼓动性和说服性。像演讲比赛、典礼致辞、会议发言、学术讲座、科研报告、竞选演说、就职演说、法庭陈述等，都带有演讲的性质。演讲稿是演讲用的文稿，也是演讲的依据。它是为演讲服务的，是体现在书面上的讲话材料。演讲有内容、目的的不同，演讲稿也具有不同的形态，有报导、有说明、有论辩、有答谢等。总的来说，它的特征可以概括如下：1、内容上的现实性演讲稿是为了说明一定的观点和态度的。这个观点和态度一定要与现实生活紧密相关。它讨论的应该是现实生活中存在的并为人们所关心的问题。它的观点要来自身边的生活或学习，材料也是如此。它得是真实可信，是为了解决身边的问题而提出和讨论的。2、情感上的说服性演讲的目的和作用就在于打动听众，使听者对讲话者的观点或态度产生认可或同情。演讲稿作为这种具有特定目的的讲话稿，一定要具有说服力和感染力。很多著名的政治家都是很好的演讲者，他们往往借肋于自己出色的演讲，为自己的政治斗争铺路。3、特定情景性演讲稿是为演讲服务的，不同的演讲有不同的目的、情绪，有不同的场合和不同的听众，这些构成演讲的情景，演讲稿的写作要与这些特定情景相适应。4、口语化演讲稿的最终目的是用于讲话，所以，它是有声语言，是书面化的口语。因此，演讲稿要“上口”、“入耳”，它一方面是把口头语言变为书面语言，即化声音为文字，起到规范文字、有助演讲的作用；另一方面，演讲稿要把较为正规严肃的书面语言转化为易听易明的口语，以便演讲。同时，演讲稿的语言应适应演讲人的讲话习惯，同演讲者的自然讲话节奏一致。演讲稿对于演讲都有哪些作用呢？主要体现在以下几方面：（1）整理演讲者的思路、提示演讲的内容、限定演讲的速度；（2）引导听众，使听众能更好地理解演讲的内容；（3）通过对语言的推究提高语言的表现力，增强语言的感染力。由于演讲稿具有以上的特征和作用，它在写作方法上也有一定方法可循。1、演讲稿的结构。演讲稿的结构通常包括开场白、正文、结尾三部分。开场白是演讲稿中很重要的部分。好的开场白能够紧紧地抓住听众的注意力，为整场演讲的成功打下基础。常用的开场白有点明主题、交代背景、提出问题等。不论哪种开场白，目的都是使听众立即了解演讲主题、引入正文、引起思考等。演讲稿的正文也是整篇演讲的主体。主体必须有重点、有层次、有中心语句。演讲主体的层次安排可按时间或空间顺序排列，也可以平行并列、正反对比、逐层深入。由于演讲材料是通过口头表达的，为了便于听众理解，各段落应上下连贯，段与段之间有适当的过渡和照应。结尾是演讲内容的收束。它起着深化主题的作用。结尾的方法有归纳法、引文法、反问法等。归纳法是概括一篇演讲的中心思想，总结强调主要观点；引文法则是引用名言警句，升华主题、留下思考；反问法是以问句引发听众思考和对演讲者观点的认同。此外，演讲稿的结尾也可以用感谢、展望、鼓舞等语句作结，使演讲能自然收束，给人留下深刻印象。大多数演讲稿如同一篇议论文，有主要观点，有对主要观点的论证。一篇演讲稿最好只有一个主题，这是由演讲稿的特定情景性和时间性所决定的。在一个有限的时间段内，完全借助于语言、手势等向听众讲明一个问题或道理，同时又要说服听众，就要求在写作演讲稿时一定要突出主题、观点鲜明。主题选定了，还要收集相应的材料对之进行论证。材料的选择要通俗，要选择大多数人都知道的、听得懂的，而不能选择太生僻的、很少有人知道的。因为演讲一即时表演，听众没有时间去验证或查找这些材料的内容或是出处。因此，在准备演讲稿之前首先要了解听众的情况：他们是些什么人，他们的思想状况、文化程度、职业状况如何，他们所关心的问题是什么，等等。掌握了听众的特征和心理，在此基础上恰当地选择材料，组织材料，是演讲成功的必要条件。写作演讲稿还有一个特别要注意的，就是对演讲节奏和时间的把握。每一场演讲都是有时间限制的，少则一分钟，多则一两小时甚至一天，演讲者必须把握自己演讲的速度和内容，既不能时间到了，还没有讲完，也不能距离演讲结束还有一段时间，而演讲者已经无话可说了。演讲稿对于演讲速度和节奏的把握有着极其重要的作用。写作时，要不时地停下来，用自己的正常语速大声朗读，根据朗读的结果调整演讲的内容。另一方面，还要根据演讲时间的长短调整要讲的内容，做到整场演讲的音调有高低起伏、节奏有轻重缓急、情绪有高涨有低潮，波澜起伏、收舒有度。最后，演讲稿还要在情绪上具有较强的感染力，语言上做到生动感人。在没有时间限制的情况下，尽量做到短而精，在听众的精力分散前戛然而止，余味悠长。学习的演讲稿例文：学习经验交流期中考试结束了，同学们是收获了一份辛勤耕耘的果实，还是频频感叹“早知今日，何必当初”呢？然而，许多事情都是一样的，要想达到事半功倍的效果，那就要讲究方法。我总结了一下我所了解的一些有关学习的方法，虽谈不上什么经验，但也是一个本人的一些见解。我在语文方面学得比较得心应手，所以我今天就拿它来做个例子。●对于语文，我主要注意两个方面，一是古诗文，二是作文。古诗文重点在于阅读，所谓“书读百遍，其义自现”。我认为读诗文不在其本身，而要体会它的意境，这样才能很好地表达出作者的写作目的和他的情感。在作文方面，有时候，有的同学一提笔就想：我一定要写得很好，可是，结果往往事与愿违。其实，在我看来，写作文要一气呵成！把自己融入其中，你不要想自己要用多么多么好的修辞，用多么多么优美的语言，其实这样更难表得出你的真情实感。我总觉得，不要把作文看作是在完成任务，而是把它看作是在抒发一种感情，是在对纸叙述自己心中想说的话，顺其自然地写下去，这样你就不会有太多地顾忌，而且你写完后会发现原来自己也是可以当作家的。我想，别的科目应该也跟学语文一样，不要单单把它当成一种任务去完成，而是要把融入其中，投入的去做才好。学好一个科目不仅要讲究方法，兴趣也是十分重要的。每个科目都有每个科目的适用性，有的是叫你一种思考方式，有的则是教你一些常识或者一种技能，比如数学，有些人肯定会想，以后工作用得到吗？肯定用不到，难道会有老板拿一道数学题让你去解？它只是教你如何去思考一个问题，如何去解决问题而已。在考前，复习是我们必要做的一件事。许多同学平时没有认真学，总是靠考前的一段时间来临时抱佛脚，混个眼熟，考试的时候就有个印象。其实这是一个很不好的习惯，一旦养成了，后果就不堪设想。看过地基没打好的高楼吗？学习也是一样的，如果那样下去，早晚有一天会像伪劣工程一样倒塌掉，到时候挽救就来不及了。但是考前的复习也是不可少的，它可以巩固你的知识，也可以弥补你的过失，从而使你更有信心地去面对考试。考场上的表现可以决定你的一切。我就亲眼看过一个重点高中的重点班的班长，就因为高考发挥失常，最后也只落得一个大专。考试时最重要的是保持一个良好的心态。能够全神贯注的投入到解题中去，而不要想考试的最后成绩会是怎么样。考前注意休息好，宁可复习少一点时间，也保证考试时有充沛的精力。考试时先易后难，要能够狠心跳过难题，不要有心理负担，要立刻投入到后面的解题中去，不要想太多，不会就放过，别担心，因为既然是难题，那就肯定大家都难，怕什么！只要能够这样想，我想一切都可以把握在你的手中。其实，说了这么多，归根究底还是在于我们自己，就是一定要自信，不要自卑，这次考不好了，并不一定是件坏事，也许你可以从中更深的了解自己的缺点，并且能够得到更好地解决办法，也也许可以作为你下一次考好的一个动力。最后，我用李白的一句诗来结束今天的讲话：长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海！

3、运用演讲艺术
包括开场白的艺术，结尾的艺术，立论的艺术，举例的艺术，反驳的艺术，幽默的艺术，鼓动的艺术，语音的艺术，表情动作的艺术等等，通过运用各种演讲艺术，使演讲具备两种力量：逻辑的力量和艺术的力量。
4、何谓善用空间的演讲
所谓空间就是指进行演说的场所范围、演讲者所在之处以及与听众间的距离等等。演说者所在之处以位居听众注意力容易汇集的地方最为理想。例如开会的时候、主席多半位居会议桌的.上方、因为该处正是最容易汇集出席者注意力的地方。
反之，如果主席位居会议桌之正中央，则会议的进行情况会变如何呢？恐怕会使出席者注意力散漫了，且有会议冗长不休的感觉？因此，让自己位居听众注意力容易汇集之处，不但能够提升听众对于演讲的关注，甚至具有增强演说者信赖度权威感的效果。
5、演讲时的姿势如何
演说时的姿势（posture）也会带给听众某种印象，例如堂堂正正的印象或者畏畏缩缩的印象。虽然个人的性格与平日的习惯对此影响颇巨，不过一般而言仍有方便演讲的姿势，即所谓“轻松的姿势”。要让身体放松，反过来说就是不要过度紧张。
过度的紧张不但会表现出笨拙僵硬的姿势，而且对于舌头的动作也会造成不良的影响。 决窍之一是张开双脚与肩同宽，挺稳整个身躯。另一个决窍是想办法扩散并减轻施加在身体上的紧张情绪。例如将一只手稍微插入口袋中，或者手触桌边、或者手握麦克风等等。
6、演讲时的视线
在大众面前说话，亦即表示必须忍受众目睽睽的注视。当然，并非每位听众都会对你报以善意的眼光。尽管如此，你还是不可以漠视听众的眼光，避开听众的视线来说话。尤其当你走到麦克风旁边站立在大众面前的那一瞬间，来自听众的视线有时甚至会让你觉得刺痛。
克服这股视线压力的秘决，就是一面进行演讲；一面从听众当中找寻对于自己投以善意而温柔眼光的人。并且无视于那些冷淡的眼光。此外，把自己的视线投向强烈“点头”以示首肯的人，对巩固信心来进行演说也具有效果。
1、 身体放松，不要过度紧张;演讲者要调整语音、语调、语速、节奏等;
面对观众要面带微笑面对他们，眼神要与观众们交流，一句话结束后再将眼神转移到另一个人。
2、 当众演讲的技巧：
1、着装得体，神情自然大方，根据演讲内容辅以适度的肢体语言表达;
2、语调有起伏，语速稍慢，能与听众有眼神上的交流和情感上的互动。一场精彩的演讲，观众的反应绝对不是冷冷清清的，而是观众与演讲者进行积极热情的互动，形成一种集体的氛围。演讲者可抛出话题，引发议论;可故意留出空白或手势辅助，制造悬念;也可先讲故事，提出问题等。
3、 演讲者声音的把控
演讲者在演讲时感情要充沛，声音不可过大，以免台下观众感到聒噪，也不可过小，容易让台下观众因听不见而走神，所以声音大小的把控非常重要!
4、 演讲的小技巧：
声情并茂，巧用肢体语言。在演讲时语调随着文稿情感的波动抑扬顿挫、声情并茂、富有感染力，再加上肢体语言的辅助表达，会给倾听者一种情真意切，身临其境的感觉。容易在倾听者的内心产生情感共鸣。
发言的技巧
技巧1:讲话前的准备
1、克服紧张情绪。对讲话少的人来说，讲话前紧张是自然的，应该正视这种紧张作，全当是丢一次丑，再紧也得讲。那么，如何消除紧张情绪，有几种物理方法大家可以试一下：
深深呼吸—眼睛微闭，全身放松，心里默默的数数，这样可以使血液循环减慢，心神就会安定下来，全身有一种轻松感。
临场活动—由于紧张会使体内产生大量的热能，如果在讲话前稍加活动，双手握紧然后放松，让肌肉缩紧再放松，就会促使热量散发。
闭目养神—闭目用舌尖顶上腭，用鼻吸气，可以达到安定神绪，独自幽静，怡然自得的目的。
凝视物体—确定某一物体，专注凝视，并去分析它的形状，观察其颜色与远近。
摄入饮料—讲话前准备一杯开水，这样可以增加唾液，保证喉部湿润，也可以稳定情绪。
情绪转移—情绪转移也可以缓解紧张症状。英国有个企业家叫詹姆斯，因讲话屡次失败，怕在众人面前丢丑，每次讲话时那种紧张的场面就浮现在眼前。有次讲话前他狠狠地拧了自己大腿一把，突然感到出奇的平静，结果讲得非常成功。
2、认真构思腹稿。在稳定情绪的同时要理清讲话思路，做到胸有成竹。构思腹稿要防止下列话题：对于不知道的事情不要冒充内行;不要在公共场所谈论别人的缺陷;不要谈容易引起争论的话题;不要到处诉苦发牢骚。
3、了解掌握听众。每到一处讲话，即是三五成群的聊天，也要分个场合，可谓“逢场作戏”。了解听众主要有以下几个方面：文化、职业、年龄、性别等。
技巧2:讲话时的技巧
1、开头的技巧。即兴讲话是一种随行就市，临场发挥的行为。所以把开头不要看得过分重要，也不要规定得过于死板，这样会限制讲话的临场发挥。
开头的方式有直入式。引用式。提问式。
开头的方式很多，还有故事式、悬念式、自我介绍式等，希望大家以后在实践中慢慢体会。
2、讲话中的技巧。讲话中，如同文章的正文、主体。
3、结尾的技巧。讲话的结束语用好了能起到预想不到的效果。结尾的方式有：总结式、升华式、启发式、号召式等。
发表演讲是动宾短语，谓语是发表，宾语是演讲。
动宾短语。发表动词，演讲名词述宾短语是短语的结构分类之一，它是由两个成分以“支配、关涉”的关系组成的一类结构：前面是述语，后面是宾语。宾语是述语所表示的动作或现象所支配或关涉到的对象。

Needless to say. Till now，we have used two sevenths of the preparation much changes have you seen? New roads，new subway lines，public-exercisingequipments with beautiful colors，large blocks of grass fields，and also lots ofmodern gyms which are under construction.
Other than those，there are even more good effects brought to us by theOlympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example，more and more peoplewill get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attractthem strongly. And the games will also do good to the economy and environment，for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness ofenvironmental protection is being strengthened.
What is more，Olympic Games givea unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youthwith the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit. Now that we have seen so manyadvances，could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?
I’ve already said a lot about the Olympics and China. But I think everyoneshould use some time to think of this question，”Does the Olympic Games have anyspecial meaning to you?”
For us，I mean the Chinese youth. Because what we are waiting for is to dosomething significant as repaying the love given to us society is just like aship，and in our dreams the captain is waving his hand and saying ”Hey! Comehere and take the helm! ”How charming his voice is，but we have never heard ofit in our true life. This morning，however，when we wake up，we will see theOlympic Games waving its hand. On New Year's Eve，our class had a party. The atmosphere was good. It was outof the ordinary from the very begining. The boy student from one bedroom gave anunusual performance. Nowadays, the employment of college students is becoming more and more of aproblem. According to statistics, about 30% of graduate students can't find ajob after graduation. These college student who cannot find jobs are at theirworst. Why college graduates have difficulty finding jobs? Why is it a bigproblem that puzzled people for years?
The reason for it is various. The main reason has the following points:Firstly, the number of the college student is increasing faster and faster theseyears. In addition, many colleges and universities fail to adapt their coursesto the development of economy.
Secondly, It's easy for some students to find work. But the fact is that somestudents don't want to do the job, they except to find a work with a highersalary. In addition, some graduates did not work hard in college, so they arenot competent for jobs they want.
Last but not least, some college students cannot come to terms withthemselves and with the world around them. They pursue too high goals and aretoo particular about such factors as working conditions, salary, and so , they are reluctant to accept the job when they are offered tothem.
How can we deal with the problem? In my opinion, students who are in collegesmust work harder than before to keep their competitiveness. Only in this way canwe find a suitable job. In China, almost every family has TV set in their house. Television has made great contribution to people’s daily lives and children’s education. Some people even think that television is one of the greatest inventions in the world.
But there is a good side and a bad side to everything and that includes the television.
On one hand, TV is a powerful educational tool that through it people know what is happening in the rest of the world. Because of television, people begin to understand different cultures and current affairs.
They know about the things they never knew before, they create their own opinions and form their sense of worth. The TV opens a brand-new door for them to explore the things they want to know. Many people may go traveling due to watch the beautiful scenes in TV.
On the other hand, some people may find them addicted to television, especially the young people.
They spend most of their free time watching TV programs instead of playing outside with their peers.
In this case, the children may lack of the ability of communicate effectively with others.
TV makes them isolated. What’ more, sometimes the TV programs may contain se-xual scenes or bloody scenes that not suitable for children to watch.
This will cause negative effects on them.

There is a story about house and trees. It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees. Though the wind was strong, that man could have a good rest under the trees. How comfortable the life was!
One day, that man wanted to enlarge his house, so he cut down all the trees. Then the autumn came without the protection. The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity!
But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance. People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.
As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. We can ask companies to use modern clean technology.
In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars. Secondly, we can try to use lewater and make sure that we do not pollute the water. We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers.

Good morning ladies and gentleman. My name is Miller. I’d like to talk to you today about the topic of Traffic Jams in Shanghai. The purpose of this talk is to analysis the problem of traffic jams and try to make some advices in my view. I shall only take about four minutes of your times. I’ve divided my presentation into three parts.
First. Status. Yesterday, I went to XuJiaHui. I start my route at 1:00pm. When I arrived home, it was 8:00pm. I only use nearly 3 hours on shopping. That means I almost waste 4 hours on the way. That is the Traffic Jams Status in Shanghai.
Second. Reasons. I found that the traffic management is the most serious problem in the traffic system. In some important crossroads, there are no enough traffic police to do the traffic grooming. It’s irrational. We paid so much taxes, but we cannot comfort what we should get. For example, on the overhead, two cars had made a traffic accident. This leaded the traffic jams. We had not see the traffic police from start to end. It took me nearly 10 minutes on the overhead. It was happened yesterday.
Third. To solve it. What I can advice is just add more traffic polices in the important crossroads. It’s the most useful way to solve the traffic jams. Because yesterday when we nearly went out the overhead, the speed was increased obviously. We found several traffic polices in the crossroad. They commanded cars and then the traffic went well.
That brings me to the end of my presentation. Let me just run over the key points again. Traffic jams was made by several resources. To solve it, we can depend on the traffic police. But for ourselves, to drive more carefully, more reasonably, maybe is another way to decrease the traffic jams.
