众所周知，在SCI论文投稿后，经常会遇到退稿返修的情况，那么应该如何应对SCI论文的退稿返修呢？赛恩斯作为大型一站式医学科研学术服务平台，通过多年的服务经验来看，被SCI期刊退稿返修的论文分为大修和小修两种情况。一般情况下，论文被退稿小修的情况并不多见，除非专业特别对口，文章创新点突出，并与当前研究热点非常一致。小修通常是围绕语言、参考文献等一些与文章创新点无多大关系的层面，修改时只要根据返回意见逐条修改即可。而大修多是审稿人对文章创新点、实验思路、结果等提出了异议，在处理时作者特别要注意对这些异议进行充分的解释，务必让审稿人信服，否则很有可能就会拒稿。SCI论文被退稿返修时，通常退给作者修改的材料包括原稿、审稿专家意见和一封编辑的信。由于并非所有审稿专家提出的修改意见都是正确无误，所以作者在收到退修稿后，一般先要仔细地阅读退修信和审稿专家意见，然后再考虑能否或愿意接受审稿专家或编辑的意见，从而进行稿件修改。一般来说，如果退稿返修的意见较少，且为非实质性的问题，那么应当遵照退修意见认真修改。如果审稿者要求作者对文章作重大修改时，那么要判断审稿意见的正确性，根据下列几种情况做出应对：一、审稿意见正确，文章中存在重大错误，那么应当根据退修意见进行修改。二、部分审稿意见不正确，那么应根据可接受的建议进行修改，同时附一封说明信，一条一条地对不能接受的审稿意见进行陈述，因为只有陈述得正确且具有说服力，编辑才有可能采取妥协态度。三、审稿意见几乎完全错误，那么可能是审稿专家和编辑未能读懂或未能很好地理解作者的原意，这时作者就要注意应当的策略了，尽量礼貌应对，心平静气地给编辑写信陈述理由。当然了，作者也可以另投它刊，让文章得到更公正的评价。SCI论文发表，欢迎咨询赛恩斯。赛恩斯专注于医学领域SCI服务，包括SCI论文评估、SCI论文编译、医学论文编译、SCI论文润色、科研基金申请等，可以协助医学科研工作者发表SCI论文、医学论文等。
