妇儿健康导刊可靠。《妇儿健康导刊》杂志是经国家新闻出版署批准，由《我和宝贝》杂志更名的的国家级妇儿专业医药卫生类期刊，由中华全国妇女联合会主管、婚姻与家庭杂志社主办，国内统一连续出版物号：CN10-1801/R，目前每月出版1期。是经过相关部门审核通过的，是可靠的。
妇儿健康导刊没有纸质版。《妇儿健康导刊》被中国核心期刊（遴选）数据库、中文科技期刊数据库收录，在万方数据知识服务平台全文上网，是线上电子刊物。
