the paper designs to accomplish a PC camera which makes use of hardware logic and C procedure drive of 320x240 true-colour lcd and 640x480 CMOS in the flat roof of forms to be a complete experiment effect with the basic digital function in shooting,storage,browsing,deleting text mainly introduces ARM technology,DMA transmission technology,FASTCHIP software usage,digital camera keybaord,LCD drive core production of this text includes the mothods for controlling 4-row- and -6 -line keyboard with the help of C language,carrying out LCD and PC camera drive in the advantage of VHDL language.

The present paper design completes one in actuates 320X240 really colored LCD and the 640X480 CMOS camera in the ARM7 platform using the hardware logic and the C procedure, in addition the keyboard control, forms one to have the photograph, the memory, the browsing, the deletion and so on basic digital camera function complete experiment effect. The present paper mainly introduced the ARM technology, the DMA transmission technology, the FASTCHIP software's use, the digital camera keyboard, the LCD actuation and so paper's main achievement including realizes with the C language to 4 line of 6 row keyboard's with the VHDL language to LCD, camera's actuation and so it is hard!!!!
