小型微电子期刊

微电子领域大体可以分三个方向吧，设计、CAD和工艺。这三个方向共同的顶级的学术期刊是Proceedings of the IEEE，是讲微电子发展前沿的尖端技术的，基本上只有学界、产业界顶级大牛才能发表的。设计方向比较好的期刊有Journal of Solid State Circuits（JSSC)、IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing、IEEE Transaction on Communication、IEEE transactions on circuits and systems (CAS) I & II、IEEE transactions on VLSI等。CAD方向比较好的期刊有IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided-Design (CAD)、IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques等。工艺方向比较好的期刊有Applied Physics Letters、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Transaction on Electron Devices、IEEE Journal of MEMS等。
