创新创业动力影响因素分析

在党十八大报告中就已经对创业问题有涉及。当代大学生特点鲜明、敢闯敢冲,非常符合创业所需要的条件,因此,大学生创业是帮助他们实现人生价值的重要方式。有数据显示,我国当前的大学生创业率大约是2%,而美国和英国等发达国家大学生创业率则达到了20%-30%[2]。

与之相比差距较大。大学生创业对于社会发展来说,是将自身的文化和技术积淀转化为社会价值,体现教育的重要作用,促进社会经济和谐发展。就我国大学生创业来说,其发展并不充分,由于起步较晚,而后创业成功率低,且社会中的相关制度和措施不够全面。

尤其是在地方院校中的大学生来说,可能会面对更多的困难和挫折,需要更多的扶持与帮助。在经济结构不断且较高速的转型化发展进程以及社会就业压力的不断加剧,创新创业渐渐演变为在校大学生和毕业大学生的一种普遍职业选择方式。
