能。CM是好期刊，在这上面任何一个期刊能发一篇文章都说明你的工作已经相当可以了。CM还是相对比较难发的，研究论文相比其他的期刊要少很多，对工作的要求相对较高。但是貌似国内不太认可EES，希望以后会好些。

CM is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancement of Chinese medicine. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for doctors and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in Chinese medicine related problems. Manuscripts can be prepared in English or Chinese, and are subject to a rigorous and fair peer-review process. Accepted papers will immediately appear online followed by printed hard copy.
