我国证券公司经纪业务的发展 摘要： 随着经济的发展，证券已经成为了人们选择投资的重要渠道，在我国证券公司的经纪业务已经经历了从固定佣金制度、到浮动佣金制度，从发展缓慢到现在的稳步发展几个阶段。随着世界经济的快速发展和国内外的激烈竞争,我国证券经纪业务面临着越来越多的风险，证券公司经纪业务已经进入了“微利时代”,证券市场的经营环境、经营模式正在发生重大的变化，今后证券经纪业务的发展趋势在经营方式上将呈多元化形式以及更加专业化和制度化等，证券经纪业务如何来形成自己的品牌,在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利的地位并取得最后的胜利,已经成为众多券商亟待解决的问题。而这竞争的核心是什么？如何取得客户的信任,逐步增加收入,同时又尽可能的减少各种成本和费用，扩大自己的利润。针对这一系列的问题,对证券公司经纪业务发展进行探讨。关键词：经纪业务 证券 创新 品牌 客户China's securities brokerage business development Summary: With economic development, security has become an important channel for people to choose to invest in the securities brokerage business in China has gone from a fixed commission system to a floating commission system, from the slow development of the now the steady development of several stages. 专业术语我可能翻译得不太好，仅供参考！中文摘要核盘菌引起的作物菌核病是世界性分布的一种病害。本论文以分离自陕西省核盘菌SX466菌株为研究材料，通过分析该菌株的生物学特性，发现相比于正常菌株Ep-1PNA367，菌株SX466在PDA及胡萝卜培养基上不能产生菌核，生长速度减弱（？？cm），致病力衰退，是一株具有典型弱毒现象（hypovirulence）的弱毒菌株。通提取弱毒菌株SX466的dsRNA及电泳分析，表明该菌株中含有？？条dsRNA片段，弱毒现象可能与dsRNA存在具有相关性。本论文的完成为研究核盘菌的致病机理及真菌中dsRNA介导的弱毒特性提供了很好的研究材料及基础。关键字：核盘菌；弱毒菌株；生物学特性；dsRNAAbstract:Sclerotiorum disease, which is a type of crop desease caused by Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum distributes all over the world. With the SX466 of Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum isolated from Shan xi province as researching objective in this paper, it is observed through analyses of the biological characteristics of isolate of SX466 that compared with the normal isolate Ep-1PNA367, isolate SX466 does not produce sclerotium on PDA and carrot nutrient medium, its growth rate(??cm) is reduced and vieulence degenerated, which makes isolate SX466 a hypovirulent strain with a typical phenomenon of hypovirulence. Via dsRNA extration of isolate SX466 and electrophoretic analysis, it is indicated that ?? dsRNA fragments is contained in this isolate and hypovirulence may have correlation with the existence of dsRNA. Valuable researching material and basis are provided for the research of pathogenic mechanism of Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum as well as the dsRNA-mediated hypovirulence in fungus by the completion of this : Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum hypovirulent strain biological characteristics dsRNA
