重庆医科大学附属第一医院心理卫生中心始建于五十年代建院之初，于2002年在原精神科的基础上成立了心理卫生中心，经过半个世纪的奋斗，现已发展成规模较大，学术水平较高，在重庆市本专业领域遥遥领先的优势学科。迄今为止，也是重庆市高等医药院校附属医院和市属所有综合医院中唯一设置有的精神、心理科，现设有精神科住院部、心身疾病住院部、精神科门诊、心理咨询门诊、心理测定和心理治疗室等。拥有多种现代化诊断治疗仪，全世界最新型的电休克治疗机、电兴奋仪、生物反馈治疗仪以及多种心理测定的模具和电脑软件，脑电图机、动态脑电检测仪、脑诱发电位仪、肌电图仪、彩色经颅多谱勒仪、磁共振仪、螺旋CT机。本学科具有稳定而成熟的研究方向，即成瘾医学、青少年心理危机干预、家庭暴力行为三个主要研究方向。曾编撰我国第一部《精神病治疗学》专著及主持过两项国家自然科学基金项目，10多项市级科研项目以及CMB协作课题，获市科技进步二等奖（省部级）一项，这些成就都填补了重庆市本专业领域的空白，部分在国际，国内也属领先。本学科于1986年被批准为精神病学和精神卫生学硕士点，并于2005年被批准为博士学位授权点。已培养硕士研究生32人。长期承担本校七、五年制本科及专科的精神病学和医学心理学教学，现又创建了临床心理卫生本科专业。曾完成我国第一部精神病学教育电影。有一大批国内外知名专家长期从事精神病学和心理卫生学的研究工作，教学工作和临床工作。中心现有教授11人，副教授4人，有硕士生导师资格的13人。数人在学术界承担重要职务，年轻医生已全部硕士化。 其中有一人曾长期担任中国心理卫生协会理事，四川省心理卫重庆医科大学附属第一医院心理卫生中心（简称中心）的前身是重庆医科大学附属第一医院精神科，始建于五十年代建院之初，于2002年在原精神科的基础上成立了心理卫生中心，迄今为身心协会副理事长，一人曾长期担任重庆市精神科专委会主任委员和重庆市司法精神病鉴定中心技术组组长、《四川精神卫生》杂志副主编、重庆医学杂志编委、重庆精神医学杂志主编，一人担任中国心身医学专委会全国委员和重庆医学会心身与行为医学专委会主任委员，完成过一部精神病学教学电影，至今仍在教学工作中常规应用，出版过一部《精神病治疗学》专著，参编大专院校《精神病学》高等教育出版社出版（2003.2月第11版），大型工具书《症状鉴别诊断学》（上海科技出版社.2004.8月第1版）。参加过世界卫生组织在中国进行的儿童心理卫生状况调查，曾多次承担国家级、省级、市级科研项目，填补了重庆市本专业承担这类高等级科研项目的空白。多项研究成果获重庆市政府科技进步一等、二等奖和上海—法国纳普朗克精神医学成果三等奖。其中“抗精神病药物的药理作用和临床应用研究”获重庆市1998年科技进步二等奖（省部级），是重庆市本专业有史以来唯一的一项省部级奖。目前该中心正在从事数项精神病学和心身医学领域的国际前沿课题研究，并多次与欧美和日本等国合作从事临床和科研工作，有六人曾多次出访欧美和亚太地区，2002－2005年，先后有两名美国博士和博士后研究生来本中心研修。有数位专家多次参加国际学术会议和进行学术交流。与美国明尼苏达大学合作进行的“贪食症和厌食症的流行学调查”的论文发表在美国《International Journal of Eating Disorder》，近年来，开展了“高考落榜生的心理—生理反应调查及其相关因素的多元逐步回归分析”、由美国中华医学基金会提供资助的“重庆市大学生自杀未遂的研究”和“重庆市数千名大中学生的心理卫生调查工作”，对青少年心理问题，性格与职业选择的关系进行了较深入的研究，“暴力行为危险因素评估与干预方案”的研究正在进行中。近10年来，全科在国内外公开发行的刊物上发表专业论文达30余篇。该科在重庆直辖前长期由四川省卫生厅指定为负责全四川省的精神卫生人员的培训基地，为基层专科医院输送了大量高层次专业人员，重庆地区本专业的绝大部分高级专业人员都曾在我院进修培训过。重庆直辖后仍担负全重庆地区的专业人员培训和临床工作的指导。中心常年定期组织和举办全市性的疑难病例讨论和专题学术讲座，举办理论提高班，以提高全市专业人员的基础理论和临床诊治水平。由于全科医务人员精湛的医疗技术和良好的医德医风，赢得了广泛的好评，曾多次被中央台生活频道、重庆电视台和有线台、重庆广播电台、健康报、重庆日报、晚报、晨报、商报、华西都市报、现代工人报、青年报、经济报、健康人报等多家新闻媒体采访和报道。今天，在市卫生局和医院的领导下，全科医务人员正在努力提高医疗技术水平和服务质量，扩大病房规模，为更多的心身疾病患者提供更加优良的医疗卫生服务。在重庆市本专业领域本中心具有如下突出优势：1、人才优势：有一大批国内外知名专家长期从事精神病学和心理卫生学的科研工作，教学工作和临床医疗工作。年轻医生全部选自医科大学本科生中前几名优等生，现已全部“硕士化”。2、学术优势：承担和完成多项国家级、省级、市级科研项目。获得过多项科技奖，填补了重庆市本专业的空白。3、学科优势：建科时间长、专业设置齐全、专业基础好，为重庆市本专业第一批硕士学位授予点，迄今仍为重庆市本专业唯一的硕士学位授予点。同时，因设在综合医院内，对各种疑难杂症、急重症可组织各科联合攻关解决，仪器设备先进、齐全。4、地理优势：地处重庆市中区，交通方便，就医便利，院内环境优美。心理咨询室专家门诊日程表：周一 上午 张永芳（硕士导师，教授）下午 杨德兰（硕士导师，教授）周二 上午 张逢春（硕士导师，教授）下午 段成美（硕士导师，副教授）周三 上午 蒙华庆（硕士导师，教授）下午 况利（硕士导师，教授）周四 上午 凌永和（硕士导师，教授）下午 陈德祥（副教授）周五 上午 蓝长安（硕士导师，教授）下午 胡华（副教授）科室主任：蒙华庆（担任中华医学会心身医学专委会全国委员和重庆医学会心身与行为医学专委会主任委员）副主任：况 利（重庆市精神科专委会副主任委员与重庆市心理学会危机干预专委会主任委员）科室医生：共有14人分别是：张逢春、凌永和、张永芳、杨德兰、蓝长安、段成美、蒙华庆、况利、胡华、黎雪梅、李静、傅一笑，罗庆华，陈建梅。
