可以进行沟通。一般论文发布都会刊登在各个出版社，在这之前出版社的专业人士会和作者进行沟通和对接，各方面内容确认无误后才会收录、刊登。在了解发表的论文题目、论文编号、作者名称、发表日期、期刊名称、国内刊号、国外刊号、有哪些数据库收录填写进去，尤其期刊被收录的数据库名称要填写全面。
