（一）访谈提纲的写作要求

1.事物拟定，熟识公众

访谈提纲要求写于同公众正式访谈之前，它是访谈成功的基本保证。访谈提纲写作的基础，是对特定公众（即访谈公众）深入调查了解，诸如他们的心态，他们的现实利益所在及其有关要求，他们有可能提出的问题以及问题涉及的范围等等，都应深入细致地摸清情况。在这个基础上拟定出各类间题（模拟公众提出问题），然后依次写出回答上述问题的答题要点，以备访谈之用。这样，才有可能实理与现场公众提出的问题在最大程度的重合与呼应，才可能是切实可行的访谈提纲。

2.提纲掣领，应变有余

访谈提纲一般只为访谈备用，所以，就模拟问题的回答，只能以提纲挚领的方式，简明扼要地以条目式标明要点，以各要点的连缀构成提纲，以各要点统领访谈的主要范围，这是访谈提纲的主要特点。这样才能在访谈会上应答自如，游刃有余。访谈提纲不可能写成临场的具体访谈，访谈人也不可能预测到场上的具体情况和公众提出的所有具体问题，因此，只应以条目式标出答题要点，以求尽可能广泛地涵盖并统领公众的提问范围及其应答。以不变应万变，以一个提纲来备现场的干变万化之用，这就要求主动访谈者注重临场发挥，充分调动自己的应对潜能，在访谈提纲的基础上随机应变，敏悟灵活，不拘一法。而临场应变和发挥的基础，正在于前面我们提到的平时的深入调查研究和事先预测的功夫。于公关事业的有心人，访谈提纲往往时刻装在自己的脑子里，在平时深思熟虑已久，故能“每临访谈有静气”,临场不慌，从容对答。

（二）访谈提纲的写法

访谈提纲首先要求拟出经过调查和预测而得来的各类模拟间题，即公众可能提出的问题。对这些间题应进行分类整理，按类别集中排在一起，并在每一类中，由深入浅，由大到小地加以排列。

然后就这些问题逐一加以思考，早已考虑成熟并能够回答的问题，可不必写出书面提纲。对那些没有把握回答好，或需找有关资料才能回答的问题，其答题要点一定要写在提纲上，并最好采用序码式扼要地标明重点及其主要资料或资料出处。

在提纲中要注意以下儿点：

①答题要点一定要紧随所答问题其后加以注明，以便临场针对性地回答问题。

②在提纲中，所涉及到的`关键性、重要性的数字最好详细标明，以求临场访谈准确无误，信实可靠。

③在访谈中，对绝不允许回答不出来的问题和事项，自己又把握不好的，则必须标定在提纲中。比如自己职责范围内、业务往来中的主要任务事项或基础工作等。

④在访谈中，对绝不允许闪烁其词、概略回答或“环顾左右而言它”的要害问题、常识性问题的回答要点及事项，必须详细地标明在访谈提纲中或经强化记忆，记在脑子中。例如一个负责人必须具备的文化常识、社会公理、法律条文及其有关的定义、概念、方针、措施条文等。

谭老师是我暑假实习的老师，有一定的采访价值，和可能性。

我所选的专业是网络传播，而谭俊老师是新兴媒体传播，在中国宁波网担任网络编辑，和我学的专业对口。

目的：了解网络传播今后的发展前景，

主题：了解宁波日报网络编辑的工作内容，明白自己在大学期间需要做哪些准备，为自己将来走上社会做好扎实的基础。
