我的大学梦小学时，成绩优异，天真无邪地享受那份只属于童年的快乐。中学时，成绩中等，情窦初开，心中对爱情产生了模糊的理解，从此，对学习渐渐失去了兴趣。高中时，成绩落后，继续经营那份初中时认为是爱情的爱情，成绩一落千丈，这时只想着毕业了就行了，不想继续走仕途路了。就这样，高考时，名落孙山。看着父母愁苦的脸庞，觉得自己大错特错，自己让父母伤心、难过，看着父母亲上火，在村里，面对那一张张瞧不起的眼神，在背后议论纷纷，我走路都抬不起头了，我第一次为自己的学业落出悔恨的眼泪，眼泪的存在，是为了证明悲伤不是一场幻觉。骨气就是孟子“富贵不能淫，贫贱不能移”的忠贞不渝。骨气就是李白“安能摧眉折腰事权贵，使我不得开心颜”的傲岸不羁。骨气就是于谦“粉身碎骨浑不怕，要留青白在人间”的刚强不屈。骨气就是叶挺“人的身躯怎能从狗的洞子爬出”的凛然不惧。所以，我下定了决心要复课，让那些人闭嘴，而且我要努力考入自己喜欢的大学、喜欢的专业——辽宁工程技术大学。复课我一直努力，坚持不懈的都高四。即使期间遇到挫折，我都会努力克服，不想学习的时候，就会用瞧不起我的人的眼神来刺激自己更加努力学习，也会想起父母的辛苦与伤心。就这样为了我的大学梦奋斗着。再一次的高考渐渐临近的时候，我的心开始特别紧张，因为自己害怕……曾经的一段不长不短的日子里，我好像嫁给了——辽宁工程技术大学，因为，在我心里，我偷偷地认定自己就是这个大学的一份子……是的，我承认，我没有被录取，与自己的梦想——建筑师就这样擦肩而过。生命有时是“驿外断桥边，寂寞开无主”的无奈，但更是“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”的执着；生命有时是“欲渡黄河冰塞川，将登太行雪满山”的困窘，但更是“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”的豪迈与乐观！ 时间过得飞快！转眼间，我来到了这座边境城市——丹东，与理想的大学擦肩而过，心中的不舍与无耐悄悄地伴随大学的点点滴滴渐渐开始了。大学的舒适与优雅，让我渐渐忘记了与理想大学的无缘。慢慢地被大学自由自在的生活吸引，我像一匹断了缰绳的野马，摆脱一切的束缚，主导自己的生活，这种感觉并没有持续多学习上由于没有了老师和家长的监督，我变得自由懒散了大一结束是没有拿奖学金。同时我也明白了一个道理—— “山外有山、人外有人”大学时期的校园生活是丰富多彩的，刚进校门时，校园里就贴满了招生的广告和五花八门的社团，你可以根据自己的性格爱好参加。那时，我也积极参加过两个社团，并进行了一些活动，这些经历最大的收获就是让我的身心时刻保持愉快，可以认识新的同学，开阔自己的视野，学习别人的长处。同时，我还曾带过几次家教，参加过社会实践活动，这些活动都极大的丰富了我的生活，让我在自力更生的同时，体会到了赚钱的不易，如果说大学生活给了我什么的话，那就是友谊和经历。友谊让我有了很多新的朋友，经历让我的思维灵活，可以从多种角度考虑问题。大学生活让我受益匪浅，我思想上经历了很大的转变。高中时期是为了准备高考，而进入大学，就进入了一个自由、无拘束的天地，没有人管你，你必须有高度的自我约束力。做到自律、自学、自省。我从一开始的散漫自由渐渐转变的自律、自学。在思想上端正态度，树立人生目标、学习目标。为以后的漫长人生路做好了铺垫。更好的适应社会。大学校园就是一个大家庭。在这个大家庭中，老师也是我们其中的一份子老师不再像出高中时仅仅是长辈（虽然他们说可以把他们当作朋友）也是我们的朋友，互帮互助，和睦的相处。这个大家庭我懂得了要主动去体谅别人和关心别人，也使我变得更加坚强和独立。现在的社会需要合作，需要团队，忘记了队友的利益很多时候就等同于忽略了自己的利益。利他在竞争过程中往往转换为了利己，因为对方获利了，他必有成功的道理，这些恰恰给了自己一个弥补缺失的机会，为以后获取更多的收获奠定基础。在学习工作过程中不应忘记了给你的竞争对手一些力所能及的帮助，协助对方实现他们的目标。生活中遇到事情要冷静地思考，不要急躁。与人相处不要有太多计较，不管你当时多么生气愤怒，都告诉自己不必这样，你会发现其实真的不必要，很多事情当你再回忆时会发现其实没什么。不轻易的承诺，承诺了就要努力去兑现。因为诚信永远是美德，也是财富，它会对你的一生有利。面对不公平的东西，不要抱怨，你的不公平可能恰恰是别人的公平。所以，你不如去努力的奋斗，争取你自己最合适的公平。现在社会，是一个飞速变化的社会，一个激烈竞争的社会，适者生存在这里无需用语言来解释。让自己适应环境，让环境接纳自己是我们跳进这个社会圈首先必须学会的。一个真正优秀的大学生应该保持雄心，在现实的前面还要放好雄心的位置，无论现实多么残酷都不应该散尽雄心，任何时候都对自己的努力满意，保持微笑。在雄心规划下的目标，计划可以作为激励的一个来源，引领困境前行！执着是一个人最难得的品质，扬弃急功近利和浮躁的心，经久必成！有了雄心，决心，我们所需要的就只是是默默无闻，持之以恒的按计划做好手头的每一件事情了。但是渴望自己能够不断进步，成为一个完整的人。微笑着，去唱生活的歌谣，不要埋怨生活给予了太多的磨难，不必抱怨生命中有太多的曲折。大海如果失去了巨浪的翻滚，就会失去雄浑；沙漠如果失去了飞沙的狂舞，就会失去壮观。人生如果仅去求得两点一线的一帆风顺，生命也就失去了存在的意义。

firstly 1.research methodology：it includes three aspects: data variables and methodology date: this study investigates the significant corporate governance attributes that may affect the capital structure of non-financial firms listed on the karachi stock exchange pakistan during 2004-2008. and the final sample set consists of 775 observations for 155 firms over a period of five years.

this study employed panel data methodology(面板数据方式) because sample contained data across firms and over time

capital structure is positively related to board size、outside directors and ownership concentration. that is to say: a large board serve as a means to obtain support from external environment;

boards with more independent directors can take on more debt on favorable terms due to effective monitoring ;

block holders have more ability than dispersed shareholders to force management to take those actions that maximize the shareholder wealth.

the results of the paper indicate that corporate governance attributes, in part, explicate the financing behavior of pakistani firms

and, the empirical results of this study provide support to corporate managers in establishing an optimal capital structure, and to regulatory authorities for enacting laws and developing institutional support to make corporate governance mechanisms work more effectively in the country.
