肯定是不好发的呀，要不然就不叫sci了。我一直都认为，选择期刊的时候，不一定影响因子越高期刊就越好，你的文章不背录用也是白忙活，我建议还是在录用率高的期刊，如 汉 斯 出 版 社的

如果对于一个本科生来说的话，SCI论文并不是那么好发表，但是对研究生或者博士生来说的话，他的毕业要求都需要SCI的

测绘学报、测绘科学、武汉大学学报（信息科学版） 等都是。

IJGIS international journal of GIS

国内的 测绘学报和 武大学报是EI，但虽是不是SCI，可以推荐到SCI
