1.封面（由教务处统一提供）2.毕业论文（设计）成绩评定表3.毕业论文（设计）任务书4.毕业论文（设计）开题报告5.毕业论文（设计）写作记录卡6.毕业论文（设计）指导教师评审记录卡7.彩色分隔页8.毕业论文（设计）毕业论文（设计）包含内容依次为：题目页、诚信保证、中文摘要、英文摘要、目录、正文内容、参考文献、附录（可选）、外文文献与翻译、致谢。（有些院校可能不必都填写）9.封底（由教务处统一提供）先将目录、内容摘要、正文、参考文献、写作过程情况表、指导教师评议表等装订好，然后套装在学校统一印制的论文封面之内（用胶水粘贴，订书钉不能露在封面外）10.纸张与页面设置（1）A4，纵向；（2）页边距：上，下2cm，左侧，右侧2cm11.页眉（1）设置：（2）字体：统一使用汉语：小五号宋体。（3）分割线：3磅双线；（4）内容：××学院本科期末论文，居中。12.页脚内容：页码，居中。
