一篇合格的SCI论文的出炉，不仅需要内容上的饱满与充实和学术上专业性，而标题、摘要、关键词、引言、文献等这些“小地方”也需要我们的重视。大部分人在写作论文的过程中认为只要内容好就万事俱备了，但是却忘了东风也是决定事物顺利发展的一个重要的部分。他们是一个整体，只有所有的部分都完美，整体才能完美。因此，我们来看一下影响这个“东风”到来都会有哪些雷区，以及如何避免。 “致谢”是一项讲究道德风尚的栏目,同时也是一件严肃认真的工作,尽管它并不复杂。因此,在致谢中应该避免一些不应该和不愉快的事情出观。 (1)一般而言,论文与书籍有所不同,书籍的扉页常有“献给爱妻××××”,“献给敬爱的父亲××××”等。而科技论文就不同了,它没有任何感情色彩,因此,对朋友、妻子、丈夫及子女的感谢也应该避免。 (2)对你的研究工作有某些帮助,但只是微不足道的,并无实质性作用。在这种情况下,最好也不要写在致谢中,你可以用别的方式对帮助者致以谢意。 (3)需要注意的是,致谢必须实事求是,言辞恳切,少说客套话,应避免“剽窃掠美”之嫌。 (4)致谢应征得被感谢人的同意,而后才能致谢,更应避免“走门路、拉关系”等感情用语,以避免“攀附名流、抬高自己”之嫌。 (5)在英语用词方面,应该避免使用“wish”一词,尽管它是一个很好的英语词汇。例如： Example1 I wish you success.这当然是很衷心的祝愿,也是很成熟而常用的英语句型。但是用在致谢中,情况就不同了。 例如: Example 2 The authors wish to thank Dr Church for his technological help. 意思是作者希望感谢Dr. Church在技术上的帮助。在这里,“wish”不仅毫无用处,完全是废字、垃圾词汇,而且还可能产生负面效果,产生不应有的误解。误认为在“hep”后面还有话， 即“but it wasn’t that great”(但是并不是很大的帮助)。这就完违背了作者原本的意愿,因此需要特别谨记。 (6)在表达致谢时应简眀扼要,指明具体内容,避免繁琐累赘、泛泛而言。另需说明的是,有些人把论文商品化,把致谢和署名当做交易品,把应该放入“致谢”中的人全都署名为作者,致使论文作者成倍成倍地增加。这是科学界的不正之风,应该加以避免。 （7）作者都会把赞助单位或个人放在致谢中,但在写基金来源时,勿忘标注基金号码。

In recent years, college students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent, well-educated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full play. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon?
