21世纪英文报的高三难度不算太大，但是比高二难度要高一些。报纸里面的文章主要是关于国际政治、经济、科技、文化、教育、体育等话题，文章内容比较复杂，语言比较复杂，需要读者有较强的语言和逻辑能力。另外，报纸中的词汇量也比较大，因此，高三学生阅读21世纪英文报时，需要有较强的语言能力和知识储备。

难度大。《二十一世纪报》是由中国国内最大的英文报系中国日报主办，集世界各地第一手的英文报刊资讯，是一张面向中国广大英语爱好者的普及性英语周报。

依我的经历来看，我不建议初高中生看21世纪报，21报总体来说是不难的，它的可贵之处在于很多文章是英美人写的，所以很地道，不像ChinaDaily，满篇的都是中国式英语，看起来让人感觉别扭。但是，考虑到英语基础等问题，我还是建议楼主看看书虫吧。一个个故事，读起来有趣又不累。如果目的唯一且只为了提高英语考试成绩，那我觉得更没必要读21世纪报了，买专业点的参考书岂不更好？
