【摘要】 [目的]总结米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗输卵管妊娠的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析64例输卵管妊娠住院病人行米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的临床资料。[结果]本组病人治愈成功53例，失败11例，其中改行手术治疗9例，急诊手术2例。[结论]加强米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗输卵管妊娠病人的护理可提高治愈率，保证医疗安全。 【关键词】 米非司酮;甲氨蝶呤;输卵管妊娠;护理 输卵管妊娠是引起妇科急腹症的常见原因，近年来发病率呈明显上升趋势，未生育者的发病率也明显升高[1]，保留病人的生育功能显得更加重要。采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗输卵管妊娠安全可靠，简便价廉，疗效确切，副反应小，亦不增加以后妊娠的流产率和畸胎率，越来越多地被广泛推广[2]。由于治疗方案的特殊性，对相应的护理工作也提出了新的要求。2008年8月—2009年4月我科应用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗64例输卵管妊娠病人，现将护理体会总结如下。
