国diploma是没有学位的，它是属于未正常毕业取得的证书，一般是因为挂科或者是论文没有通过学校颁发的证书。degree是完成所有课程的考试并且通过了论文，修够了学分最后取得的证书。不过diploma在满足一定条件的前提下才还是有机会认证degree的。
