贡献我自己的论文，已经一高直接通过了，而且推荐为优秀论文，现在正在最后修订阶段。。。（一）选题的目的与意义随着经济全球化的大潮影响，一国的国际贸易对其经济发展产生了至关重要的影响。由于国际贸易本身的复杂性以及各个国家地区之间政策的差异，给了国际贸易分子可乘之机。目前我国中小企业在促进我国国际贸易发展中起到了重大的作用，但由于中小企业在规模、风险承担能力以及防范国际贸易经验上的具体劣势，给了不法分子更多的机会。为此中小企业要充分了解国际贸易的新动向，采取有效措施来防范，避免上当，减少损失，从而促进中小企业的进出口贸易的发展。 （二）国内外的研究现状以及发展趋势 通过国内外相关文献的查阅，我们发现国际贸易的对象已经逐渐从大公司转向中小企业；金额也从上百万美元的大单子更多的的转向几万几千美元的小单子；从地域上来看，受害者已经从以前集中在沿海地区更多的向内地省份转移，而行地区不仅有发达国家有，欠发达的南美和非洲也在逐渐增多；手法上也越来越隐蔽，甚至利用互联网进行。二、论文的主要研究内容及预期目标 （一）论文的主要研究内容： 1.国际贸易的主要方式 2.国际贸易几种主要行为的特点 3.中小企业如何防范国际贸易 （二）论文研究的预期目标： 1.防范中小企业遇到国际贸易 2.分析中小企业可能遇到的各类型国际贸易三、论文的主要研究思路 （一）拟采用的研究方法 本论文将主要采用文献研究和经验总结两种研究方法。 对中小企业在国际贸易中常见的类型通过文献研究法，通过调查相关文献来获得资料，从而全面地、正确地了解掌握国际贸易的现状以及各种方式的特点。如对国际海事的分析过程中，可以查阅海事欺诈发展的历史和现状，从中得出当前国际贸易中海事欺诈的特征，并研究与海事欺诈相关的文献，全面了解中小企业国际贸易过程中海事欺诈的详细情形。 对于防范中小企业遇到国际贸易，采取经验总结法，总结分析中小企业国际贸易发展过程中，贸易的具体情况，进行归纳与分析，使之系统化、理论化上升为经验。例如对信用证欺诈的防范，可以对以往国际贸易过程里中小企业遇到的信用证欺诈情况进行总结分析，得出欺诈方通常都是伪造单证进行欺诈、利用软条款欺诈或者进行共同勾结欺诈，为此针对上述情形得出了相应的应对方法：规范业务操作、严格审核单据警惕信用证“软条款”、严格进行资信调查等。从而将之作为中小企业防范国际贸易的经验来参考。 （二）准备工作情况及主要措施 1.广泛搜集资料，确定选题。 2.完善思路，明确研究内容和需解决的问题。 3.拓展资料范围，深入调查，获取个案信息。 主要措施： 通过查阅期刊杂志、文献书籍等获取资料，利用互联网查阅更多信息，开展分析研究。四、论文的基本结构安排 1.国际贸易过程中的各种手段方法分析 2.中小企业防范各类型的注意问题五、论文（设计）研究工作进展安排 第一阶段：搜集资料，确定选题。2008年12月28日前完成 第二阶段：完善资料，完成开题报告和文献综述。2009年1月10日前完成 第三阶段：撰写论文正文，开展调查研究。2009年3月20日前完成初稿，4月20日前完成二稿，5月30日前完成三稿 第四阶段：成文，装订。6月5日前完成最后的工作 第五阶段：答辩。于6月11日-14日完成六、主要参考文献 1.金明华：《中小企业防范国际贸易应注意的问题》，《北方经贸》，2006年第1期 2.潘韧：《浅谈国际商务中的及风险防范》，《太原大学学报》，2008年3月刊 3.戚宇涛：《浅析农产品中小企业如何防范国际贸易风险》，《消费导刊》2008年第8期 4.刘燕：《国际结算中的风险及防范对策》，《牡丹江大学学报》，2008年6月刊 5.邹风岭：《拨开信用证欺诈的迷雾》，《光彩》，2008年9月刊 6.邹江江 ：《论提单欺诈及其防范》，《湖北经济学院学报》，2008年 7月刊
