英语作文题目需要大写。

For example, a German and a Chinese can't speak opposite side's language, but they both know English.

关于题目的大小写问题，有以下两种解决方法，LZ可任选其一：
1.题目中所有单词的所有字母都统一用大写（这是最保险的做法，缺点是欠缺美观）.
2.对于题目中的每一个实词（如动词，名词，形容词，副词，书名地名等），首字母都要大写，其它虚词（如介词，冠词等）的所有字母无须大写（但出现在句首虚词，其首字母一定要大写）.这种做法虽然美观，但容易出错，建议慎用！
另外给你建议一点，就是题目中尽可能不要出现分隔符号.因为考试的作文题目一般都要求简单明了而不要过长.
要大写，英语作文的格式是和中文的英文格式基本相同的。
英文标题首先应该略比正文要大。标题的第一个字母和每一个重点词（包括代词，形容词，动词，副词，数词等）的第一个字母要大写，当然。介词，连词等就不要大写第一个字母。例如：

标题居中
至于正文，英语习惯空四个字母位置开始正文，每段如此，另外就是开始的第一个字母一定要大写。文中，每一句话的第一个字母也要大写哦。
