陈汉华，华中科技大学计算机科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师。2010年从华中科技大学计算机学院获得博士学位。2011年晋升为副教授，2012年被聘为博士生导师，2014年破格晋升为教授。主持全国百篇优秀博士学位论文作者专项、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部-中移动科研基金项目、教育部博士点基金项目、CCF-Intel项目、中国电力研究院科研项目等多项课题。在WWW、RTSS、INFOCOM、ICNP、ICDE、HPDC、IWQoS、IPDPS、ICPP、TC、TPDS、TKDE、TMC等国际顶级会议和期刊上发表论文60余篇。出版专著《大规模分布式内容检索技术》。曾获得微软学者奖(2005)、湖北省科技进步二等奖(2008)、全国百篇优秀博士学位论文(2012)、首届CCF-Intel青年学者提升计划奖(2013)、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金(2014)。担任第八届亚太服务计算国际会议(APSCC 2014)程序委员会主席，第一届国际移动互联网大数据学术会议(IWMBD 2014)程序委员会主席。很显然，他是一位优秀的教授

汪卫，复旦大学 计算机科学技术学院教授、副院长，1970年3月出生于山东省济南市，1992年毕业于山东大学计算机系，1998年获复旦大学计算机科学博士学位。长期从事数据库与数据挖掘领域的研究和开发工作。在SIGKDD、SIGMOD、VLDB、WWW、ICDE、IEEE TKDE、JIIS等国际权威的学术会议上发表论文近20余篇，引用500余次(Google scholar)。

一、文章质量要符合发表的基本要求
文章的质量是一个很抽象的东西，但也有一个大致通用的标准，即，观点正确，文字通畅，逻辑严密，结构合理，结论有创新，等等。如果您有了这样的文章，就可以进行下一步投稿的事情了。但是，由于我国学术界的特殊情况，文章质量达到发表的要求并不是太难的事情，或者经过我们的修改就可以发表。关于质量，可以参考日本质量专家的话，质量的核心是实用性。
二、文章的选题要符合刊物的定位，不能乱投稿
大家都知道，每一个刊物或者杂志都有自己特定的宗旨、栏目和专业定位，投稿前必须先对此进行了解，弄清楚目标杂志是哪个方面的。还要搞清是季刊、双月刊、月刊还是半月刊、周刊，这直接影响您的稿件发表的速度。
三、文章格式要规范，还需控制字数
学术性期刊的格式是非常严格的，医学论文的格式可以参照你所投刊物的要求去做。至于字数，因为很多刊物是按计空格字数收费的，所以，您要根据需要确定文章的字数，省得花冤枉钱。比如，高校评中级职称一般3500字就可以了，社会上评高级会计师、高级工程师等，3000字以上即可。还要注意，如果文章有图表，则要适当增加版面。
四、提前投稿，尽量提前2—3个月投稿
一般的学术刊物，从接收稿件到样刊出来，需要2-3个月。如果是核心刊物，则需要半年，或许更长时间。虽然最近几年，有很多刊物变成了月刊、半月刊，甚至旬刊，但还是提前准备为好。
五、版面费起到破财免灾的作用
在期刊上发表论文需要支付版面费已经成为一种惯例，所以作者们也不用在版面费上纠结，关键是能够解决自己的问题，花点钱也是必要的了。
六、选择合法刊物，避免非法期刊
发表医学论文不是随便找个期刊就可以的，期刊必须具有合法性，是合法期刊。不是国家新闻出版总署批准刊号的刊物，都是非法刊物。根据我的判断，目前我国大约有1000-2000家非法刊物，或不规范的刊物。对大部分普通作者来说，是很难判断刊物的合法性的。所以，大家要擦亮眼睛，以免上当。
