一、介绍信的基本结构及写法
介绍信是用于证实本单位有关工作人员身份、介绍其工作使命、凭此与其他单位接洽工作的一种证明性函件。
它有两种形式。一种是事先印好固定格式的，使用时只需在空白处填上相关内容即可。这种介绍信属联单式，留存根，有编号，便于查询。另一种用公用信笺临时书写，不受固定格式限制，可以根据需要灵活掌握。这种介绍信不编号，一般亦不留存根，不便查询，故一般不轻易出具。两种形式的介绍信写法大致相同。例如后面之例。
（一）标题
居中书写“介绍信”或“××单位介绍信”。事先印好固定格式的，“介绍信”三字应稍大些。
（二）主送单位
标题下面提行顶格书写。有的也在文尾“此致”之后提行顶格书写。
（三）正文
分三部分。
1.被介绍者姓名、身份、随行人数(数码大写)。如需要，还应注明被介绍者政治面貌、职务，以便对方恰当接待。
2.需接洽事项和要求。要写得周全具体、简明扼要，一般一两句概括写明。
3.结尾的祈请用语或谦敬用语，如“请予接洽”“请予支持”之类。后面可紧接着写“为盼”“为荷”等感谢用语，最后写“此致敬礼”。这三部分在行文时并无明显区分标志，常是一气呵成，组成篇段合一。
（四）落款
右下方写明出具介绍信的单位及填写日期，并加盖公章。
（五）介绍信有效期限
在落款右下方标明“(有效期×天)”。
