会议论文翻译后能发表

会议论文发表方式有很多种：第一：自己写文章，自己翻译，自己找合适的会议，自己投稿，然后录用，自己注册会议。但是会议信息不是那么好找的，而且网上能够找到的会议信息都不是很权威，要投会议论文至少投个EI检索的会议稍微好些。如果找不到合适的EI会议，建议你百度搜：EI学术会议中心，里面有很多EI会议信息和发布的详细流程说明。第二：找相关机构弄，这个是当你没时间写论文或者写出论文被拒多次才用。毕竟这个方法花代价比第一条要大些。但是可以节约不少时间和精力。

1、找到与你相关的“会议”的“征文通知”；2、根据《会议通知》要求，准备论文——投稿——汇款（如该会议需注册费、版面费等费用的话）——参加会议（一般还有会务费）——获取论文集。

顾名思义，会议论文就是在会议等正式场合宣读首次发表的论文。会议论文属于公开发表的论文，一般正式的学术交流会议都会出版会议论文集，国内还有一个会议论文数据库，专门收集会议论文集的。会议论文集不是期刊，但是有的期刊为为会议论文出增刊。

凡是公开出版、并在检索系统中检索到的会议论文，不得以任何其它语种和在其它任何国家再次发表。你需要核实一下你的会议论文是否出版，能否在中国知网或其它检索系统包括国外的Elsiver、EI、SCI等收录，如果没有被收录，可以再翻译成英文形成发表。
