期刊的稿酬一般在100-800之间。
稿酬是指作品发表后交付给作者的稿费，它是出版机构发表作品后给付作者的报酬。
稿酬是作者的一项重要经济权利，是对作者创造性劳动的物质补偿，是著作权人所享有的一项重要经济权利，任何人不能随意剥夺。
我国目前实行的稿酬制度是基本稿酬加印数稿酬制度。
历史
使用受法律保护的作品，使用者(通常是出版单位)支付给作者和其他版权所有者经济报酬的一种方式，是作者对其作品享有非人身财产权的重要内容，也称稿费。
中国古代，有些作者在应约为他人写稿或其作品由他人发表时，也能取得一些报酬，称为“润笔”。书籍成为商品后，印刷出版者也要付给作者一定数额的经济报酬。
这些可说是稿酬制度的萌芽。近现代有了版权保护制度，资本主义国家以及中华人民共和国建立前的中国,支付稿酬的办法一般采取抽版税(即按每种书的印数计算出总定价抽取一定百分比的金额作为付给该书作者的稿酬)或卖版权(即作者将作品的版权卖给出版者，出版者一次付酬后不再付酬)的方式。
但稿酬数额大多无统一标准，由作者和出版者自行签订合同，决定支付稿酬的方式和金额。
目前稿费规定标准如下：（一）原创作品：每千字30－100元。（二）演绎作品：（1）改编：每千字10－50元；（2）汇编：每千字3－10元；（3）翻译：每千字20－80元；（4）注释：注释部分参照原创作品的标准执行。出版者出版演绎作品，除合同另有约定或原作品已进入公有领域之外，出版者还应取得原作品著作权人的授权，并按原创作品基本稿酬标准向原作品的著作权人支付报酬。稿费是写作者的稿件一经采用后的劳动报酬。报纸创刊之后，作者向报纸投稿，所得到的报酬，便叫作“稿费”。有些文人把文章卖给别人所得到的报酬，都叫做“润笔”。有些文人，还在各种文体上订明报酬的数目，名叫“润例”。
