难。美国化学学会里面大部分期刊都是属于sci的，所发表的文章都需要一定的创新性和一定的深度的，这就需要去做大量的实验来完善工作内容，并且需要讲一些机理方向的内容，这样才更容易接收，发表论文属于比较难的水平。美国化学学会期刊是每个材料与化学人梦寐以求的能发一篇论文的地方，可以说是材料与化学类杂志的龙头。
会通常出版社都会默认一篇文章赠送发表作者1-2本纸质的样刊，这个样刊赠送数量都是默认的，如果一篇文章有多个作者，且每个作者都需要样刊的话，需要额外沟通或者付费购买期刊。样刊通常是论文发表的证明材料的一部分。因为大家发表论文都是有目的的，发表完成后一般都需要提交证明资料，而纸质的样刊就是其中的一部分。通常来讲，学校或者单位除了样刊以外，还有可能需要作者提交录用通知、检索证明、期刊的封面目录和版权页等等。
这个状态很正常，但并不代表reviewer已经接受稿件了。
Under review表示审稿人的意见已上传，说明审稿人已接受审稿，正在审稿中，这应该是一个漫长的等待（期刊通常会限定审稿人审稿时间，一般为一个月左右）。
当然前面各步骤也可能很慢的，要看编辑的处理情况。如果被邀请审稿人不想审，就会decline，编辑会重新邀请别的审稿人。

The Journal of Organic Chemistry是美国化学会的期刊，发表与有机化学有关的研究论文或notes，早期也发通讯。后来美国化学会成立了Organic Letters，以后大多数的通讯就都发到Org Lett了。好坏这个东西很难说的。大多数不能上JACS或Angew Chem的有机合成方面的文章，有一半到JOC，还有些可能去了Chem Eur J。因此JOC应该属于那种比上不足比下有余的刊物。比T系列、Synthesis或Eur J Org Chem 强多了。倒是Adv Synth Catal由于Noyori的原因现在影响因子在不断上升。如果文章水平高，则发到JACS或Angew Chem Int Ed。要是自己觉得底气不足，则可以试试JOC。国内能发JOC也算不错了。毕竟很多搞有机合成的人每天都看JOC。

美国化学会ACS，英国皇家化学会RSC网站上看看，下面很多杂志都是的。另外德国wiley，荷兰elsvier出版商下面也有很多化学类的，当然还有Science，Nature（包括很多子刊）都有化学类文章。投稿都是网上投的，去网站上它会引导你投稿的。
首先注册账号，在账号里面依次把论文题目，作者顺序，审稿人，图片所用的软件版本，还有一些有关于学术道德的画对勾，最后上传手稿，只要把图片也放在手稿里面即可，字体两倍行距，随后系统会发信到通讯作者邮箱，告知投稿成功，等待分配编辑，分配好编辑后，编辑会发信到通讯作者邮箱，让填版权转让，版权提交后就等审稿意见吧
