本科生发文还是有些难度，所以要高端的杂志也难，除非前面挂个您的导师，文章也保证有些水平。建议发《数学学习与研究》吧，还是不错的，应该也能认可。另外，可以发表在一些高职高专的学报上，偶尔也是可以发本科生的文章的。我一直认为，学报上的文章学术性还是比一般的杂志要强。可能对对更有用处。祝您好运。
