mdpi的期刊审稿又没放水，也不是不审稿直接给录用，每篇文章至少2-3个审稿人，很多一批文章初审就拒了。
如果是34区期刊的话，没有什么不正规的地方。我觉得是一帮研究生不学无术，胡写了一篇想很快录用评奖学金甚至毕业，结果被拒稿，恼羞成怒来黑。oa在未来是大趋势，爱思唯尔和springer也在大力推出新oa，因为这帮水学生压根不敢投，也没得去黑。
局限性：MDPI旗下的个别刊物质量堪忧
MDPI目前出版了很多学术性刊物，有些刊物的确不错，比如Symmetry和Forests，但是有些最新被SCI收录的刊物非常差，表现在编辑处理稿件随意，审稿人队伍质量堪忧，进而影响这些刊物论文的学术性价值。
我举一个我同事投稿的例子。审稿人2基本上是在满嘴互喷，Comments基本都是bullshit（虽然给出的参考文献看似很专业，但是与我们的主题基本不相关）。审稿人1还是比较客观的，审稿人3没有认真看文章，是个菜鸟。
mdpi投稿流程如下：
第一步：选刊
不管是被sci、ssci、ei等收录的mdpi，还是普通的mdpi，都有各自的收稿范围和来稿要求。一篇论文想要投mdpi，往往是没问题的，但选择哪本mdpi是重中之重。即要为论文选一本合适的mdpi期刊。
选刊，作者可以了解mdpi旗下刊物的详细情况，可以找有经验的导师、同事、同学介绍，也可以找专业的学术顾问推荐，最终目的是一次性选对刊物，避免因选错刊被直接拒稿。
第二步：进入mdpi在线投稿系统
找到目标mdpi之后，就要了解这本刊物的投稿指南以及在线投稿系统入口。先按照投稿指南要求，修改论文格式体例、准备投稿所需要的材料等，再打开mdpi在线投稿页面，注册登录，进入mdpi在线系统的正式投稿程序。
第三步：完成各项信息的填写和文件提交
把准备好的投稿材料准备好，按照在线系统的信息提示，依次完成各项信息的填写，比如基金、作者、论文基本信息，以及各项材料的提交，比如稿件、图表、声明等。
虽然按照提示，大家知道要做些什么，但如何规范、正确的做，一些作者了解的不多，往往会因为经验或专业，导致投稿信息填错、不规范，在投稿过程中花费大量的时间，甚至提交之后，会因为有误，被mdpi直接拒稿。建议没有相关经验的学者，找专业人指导。
第四步：核实信息的正确性，提交，等待mdpi的回复
总之，mdpi投稿流程，说起来简单，对没有做过的朋友，有一定的难度。而投稿都做不好，势必会影响到录用。
看情况，MDPI十天见刊还是很有可能的。就学术顾问对MDPI下的期刊的了解，在录用之后见刊还是非常快的，差不多在一周之内部会见刊的，当然最快的也有2天，或是当天就能录用了。录用五天之后若是还没有消息，建议大家看下pending conversion一般是文中有问题没确认，邮箱有没有收到编辑邮件，一般conversion当天就可以完成的;若没有大家可以再等两天基本上就会见刊了。除了录用到见刊快外，整个MDPI下的期刊从投稿到见刊的周期也相对其它期刊也要快很多。可以说快到把从投稿到在线出版的整个周期控制在一个月内。相比于同样是开源出版集团的hindawi，价格相似的前提下，速度缩短近一半。
