投稿期刊版面费太贵了

版面费4000算很贵。

版面费4000元到底算不算贵呢，南京天宫开物建筑文化的专家认为那要看作者在什么期刊上发表，如果是普刊，乍一听这个价格可能会觉得贵，但是还要看作者的专业与方向，像医学类的，或者教育类的，版面费一般都不便宜，并且还比较难发表。

但如果是一般理工类的，发表难度相对来说会低一些。如果这个是学报的价格，那么这个价格是不贵的，如果是其它刊物的价格，那就一定是贵了。

论文版面费每个刊物不同的，普通的刊物版面费在600——1500元之间，核心期刊版面费在2000——4000元之间，还有的期刊不收取版面费。

现在随着中国知网的改革，很多刊物收取稿件的字数增加，版面费也随之增加，一般情况下都在1500元以上，论文发表的版面费越来越高。

版面费一般指正式学术期刊刊用作者的文章后其期刊编辑部向作者收取的现金费用。

版面费是在学术期刊和学术研究兴盛的环境下产生的；从版面费自身形成的构件和程序看，版面费是两方的自觉自愿的合约行为，是两个巴掌拍出的响，无违法违纪可言；但从根本上说，产生学术期刊版面费的根源，在于目前我国不够合理的科研评价机制。

“版面费”早已成为国内学术界公开的秘密，以版面费为核心的论文产业链，已经发展到了相当的规模。据最新媒体数据显示，我国科技人员发表的期刊论文数量虽然位居世界前列，但其平均引用率却排在世界100位以外。究其原因，可以说版面费起到了很大的助推作用。

如果是自己第一作者或者自己是通讯作者，那就出钱发了。毕竟关系到毕业，花钱也不要舍不得了。但是如果不是一作兼通讯，那就麻烦点了。 可以试试了解EI会议，2017年国际水利水电与建筑科学大会（EI会议）。

得看你文章是多少字符，杂志社一般都按字符算版面的，如果你字符不多，那是贵了点
