Abstract: tuberculosis (TB) is one of the world's oldest and most widespread of a transmission through the respiratory tract of chronic infectious disease, which is caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis a beast cancer, chronic wasting diseases by everybody. With the development of aquaculture, frequent contact with animals such as cattle, deer, lead to the interaction of n/med tuberculosis bacterium infection. For decades, people in n/med tuberculosis bacterium has developed nearly 20 kinds of drugs, but there are side effects, especially on the side effects ofkidney is larger. At present, from the Chinese herbal medicine to find effective anti-tuberculosis components has become a hot interest and research. Anti-tuberculosis Chinese herbal medicine for screening of development value, through the son lahm LanWei plate method (Microdilution Alamar Blue Assay, MABA) and test tube method determination of oleanolic acid respectively for mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (ATCC 27294) and H37Ra (ATCC 25177) in vitro antibacterial activity, namely the minimum bacteriostatic concentration (MIC), and compare the test results of two methods at the same time. Research results show that the oleanolic acid minimal inhibitory concentrations (mic) of these two kinds of n/med tuberculosis bacterium respectively are 16 (including g/mL; MABA method and test tube method comparison, entirely coincidence rate was 90% (9/10), has a good consistency.
