For our students，marks is above everything. Teachers will judge us from our marks. With marks we can be enrolled into junior middle schools. With marks，we can be enrolled into senior middle schools. 在生活和日常工作中，我们都会遇到即兴演讲的情况，公司在进行表彰的时候需要进行发言，在跟人交流过程中需要进行说服，在主持人临时点名起来进行发表讲话等等，在这些场景中我们如何进行即兴的自我演讲呢？
首先，我们要尽量避免即兴演讲的状况存在，我们要根据自己的岗位职能，出席的场合的情况，虽然不是演讲嘉宾，如果存在状况，需要顶上去或者临时需要讲话的情况出现，那么自己提前就要根据出席场合的情况和重要性，做相应的准备！例如在演讲比赛现场出任评委，虽然不是现场的演讲嘉宾，但是可能临时需要去根据选手的表现说上几句话，那么要提前做好相应的准备！
其次，即兴演讲的特点是时间短，因此我们要在短时间内抓住关键点。即兴演讲，不是TED演讲也不是大型的发布会，也不是培训课程。因此我们要学会在短时间内抓住关键点，为自己赢得更多的时间。我们可以在被邀请提问之后，在脑海中构思一个主题，三个关键词，在上台的过程中用简短的话将关键点陈述出来。
再次，结构化清晰表达出来三个关键点。在最短的时间内，立马想一个话题，从下面的维度去谈论我们碰到的问题，讲时间从过去现在未来为节点，讲优劣从优点，劣势，综合看三个维度等等，让每一个点更饱满，讲事实，讲论据，讲数据。

演讲的方法与技巧：
1、修饰演讲内容
想让演讲足够精彩，演讲内容不仅仅要遵循突出重点，更要具备文学色彩。这就要求在书写演讲稿时运用一些语言技巧、修辞手法，比如排比句式会更容易引发人的共鸣，更容易将演讲推向高潮，营造出恢宏的气势，同时，又会让内容更加朗朗上口，对演讲的传播性大有帮助。
此外，从演讲内容本身来讲，要做到主次分明，富有逻辑性，不可将一部分内容反反复复讲，而其他内容草草带过。
2、调整语言节奏
在重要场合进行演讲时，通常都有较为严格的时间限制，要求演讲者结合自己的演讲内容合理控制节奏，节奏不能太快，否则会让听众听不清楚内容，也不能太慢，那会让听众失去兴趣。
这就要求演讲者的语速适中，声音有起伏，讲到精彩内容处，应该配合高亢的声音，而讲到次要内容时，语气则应相对平缓。这样有对比才会突出重点，让听众有记忆点。

演讲者只把演讲的主要内容和层次结构，按照提纲形式写出来，借助它进行演讲，而不必一字一句写成演讲方式，其特点是能避免照读式演讲和背诵式演讲与听众思想感情缺乏交流的不足，演讲者根据几条原则性的提纲进行演讲，比较灵活，便于临场发挥，真实感强。
又具有照读式演讲和背诵式演讲的长处，事先对演讲的内容有充分准备，可以有一定的时间惧材料，考虑演讲要点和论证方法，但不要求写出全文，而是提纲挈领的把整个演讲的主要观点、论据、结构层次等用简练的句子排列出来，作为演讲时的提示，靠它开启思路。
4、即兴式演讲。
演讲者预先没有充分准备而临场生情动意所发表的演讲，它是一种难度最大、要求最高、效果最佳的演讲方式，可以根据实际情况，针对听众的心理和需要，灵活机动，迅速调动语言的一切积极因素，以悬河之口生动的直观和形象的直感染力，是其它各种演讲方式都无法比拟的。
使用演讲方式需要演讲者具有德、才、学、识、胆诸方面很高的修养，具有很强的记忆力、丰富的想象力和联想力、敏捷的思维能力、大量的语言和材料储备。
常用的演讲技巧：
1、适应场合，搭配服饰。并非西装革履，正装出席才叫得体。比如到互联网的创业公司做产品介绍，在座都是休闲短袖，只有演讲的是黑白正装，未免就有点像保险推销了。请记住，合适的才是好的，而非标准的才是好的。
2、提纲挈领，抓住关键句词。所需记住的是整体的思路，以及当中为关键的句词，如此才能大限度地放松心态，并为现场的随机应变打下良好基础。
3、注意语音语调的变化。必要的抑扬顿挫是一定，当然也不必像唱歌那样区分过于明显。好的状态，便是想象台下都是自己的老朋友了，跟老朋友讲话，做真实状态下放松的自己就好了。
4、语速得当，避免恶性循环。讲的时候，语速一定要适中，切忌“赶着说”。越快的速度，越容易出错，越出错越容易紧张，越紧张越容易加快速度，如此便形成了恶性循环。
演讲的重要性

（2）演讲不同于谈话。演讲是以演讲者为主体，在正式的场合、特定的时空中，面对听众激情、艺术地阐述自己的观点。而谈话对时间、场合没有特定的要求，也没有主体、客体之分，任何参与者都可以发表自己的见解。
（3）演讲不同于报告。演讲的内容更注重典型性、鲜明性和形象性。而报告是为了汇报情况、传达信息，注重内容的政策性、指导性和权威性。
（4）演讲不同于朗诵。演讲内容侧重于“动之以情，晓之以理”，具有较强的主观性和鼓动性。而朗诵则是用自己的口说作者的话，侧重于感染性和创造性。
